The staff have been fantastic throughout, really friendly and made us feel very welcome. They made a huge effort with the girls too who are naturally quite shy and reserved. The hotel is very relaxing and you can easily find seats, tables and sunbeds which have proven to be tough at other hotels we’ve stayed at. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Savannah and would like to give a massive thank you to all the staff who work there. Dan, Barbara and the twins Darcy & Hazel! Read less

The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Alicia in the dining area was amazing — warm, engaging, and made our meals feel extra special. I also want to highlight the bellman (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who was incredibly helpful both when we arrived and again when we were leaving. His friendly and professional attitude stood out. Overall, it was a memorable getaway, and I’d definitely return. Read less

We had an amazing time here and enjoyed walking to Carlisle beach (10-15 mins) and enjoyed the free shuttle bus to Copa Cabana beach which even included credit to buy a drink! The hotel was fabulous, the beach BBQ on the last night was amazing! However we wished we hadn’t been travelling home the following day. There were different restaurants available each night to book (you could book at breakfast and let them know of children’s meals needed). We had a buffet breakfast each day, some days a buffet lunch but the restaurant options with set menus kept us feeling slim and really enjoying some lovely food. We never felt bored of eating in the same restaurant. The people were lovely and always so helpful. We would like to recognise some hotel colleagues who provided an excellent service; Ramon the hotel rep, Samantha and Roger in the restaurants and Richard and Tiffany in the bars. Thank you, you really helped to make our holiday; always amazing with our daughter Sofia and the friends she made there. Read less

I nearly didn't book this hotel as some of the reviews were a bit negative, but I liked the location. However was pleasantly surprised. Room was lovely as was the pool area and outside areas. Right on the beach, not able to swim off the beach as very rocky, but a couple of minutes walk to a sandy area.
