Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, four pools, four restaurants and endless water activities. Treat yourself at the Rock Spa® or simply soak up the Mexican sun on the white sand beach. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, its top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Deluxe Diamond Rooms offer the best views and locations, king-size beds guaranteed, special room service menu (select restaurant menu), nightly turn-down service, Espresso/American Coffee machine, luxury bath amenities by Rock Spa, DVD Player/CD Player, radio/alarm clock, pillow menu, aromatherapy, professional hairdryer, concierge phone service, exclusive beach bag, private check-in and out/late check-out and early check-in (subject to availability). 5 restaurants and 3 bars: Toro (steak/á la carte, families welcome), Ciao (breakfast buffet. Italian specialities á la carte for lunch and dinner, families welcome), Le Petit Cochon (rustic French cuisine á la carte, adults-only), Wai (Thai inspired cuisine á la carte, adults-only). Umo (Mexican Yucatan cuisine á la carte, adults-only). Martini Bar, Heaven Bar & Lounge (regular live entertainment), Rhythm Bar. Eden Bar at Eden beach. Poolside snack bar. We had Erika and Mauricio as our butlers and our vacation wouldn’t be half as good without them. We went with a big group of 16 and they made sure we would have a table together or even chairs at the beach. Anything from reserving massages to making sure we got a ride to the airport on time, they did for us which made this vacation so much easier. Staff is so friendly and attentive. I love everything about this resort—food, live music, pools, variety of restaurants. We attended the Awaken Your Senses dinner. It was so much fun and an experience I have never had before. Definitely recommend it!!

My husband and I went to the Hard Rock Riveira Maya for a friends wedding and unfortunately part of our trip was impact by Hurricane Beryl. However, all of the staff did an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and well informed. We were so impressed with how everything was handled. Once the hurricane passed we could enjoy everything as planned and had a great time. My husband and I had Legendary Hall of Fame status for our trip and Diego and Gabriel were so helpful for absolutely everything. From reserving spots at the pool, to coordinating dinner reservations, to answering every question I had, they were amazing. They both kept checking on us regularly during the hurricane and throughout our trip which was so thoughtful. We look forward to coming back but hopefully this time not during a hurricane! Read less

They were so sweet remembering our names after the first encounter, pulling us into fun games, saying hello anywhere they saw us, and making the extra effort to get us all shirts as a good bye gift.
