Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4.25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

From the moment we arrive, the entire staff makes us feel welcomed with an exceptional level of service. But we especially want to highlight our butlers, -Nacho and Irmin-, who were simply amazing. Every request was handled with efficiency, kindness, and a level of attention to detail that went far beyond our expectations. Always attentive, always present, and with the best attitude. If we could have them every time we come, we absolutely would!
Thank you to the whole team for making us feel like part of the Hard Rock family once again. Without a doubt, we’ll keep coming back!

We LOVED William, the pool concierge at Heaving was great! We came here for business trip and had a great time here in the pool Heaven! I plan to come back with my friends and family for years to come! Enrique of the pool concierge too and Luis the Barman is wonderful! Great Service. This was a great trip for families and couples.

We were disappointed in the Heaven Hall of Fame section at the pool. Limited seating. Beverage service was extremely slow as hotel still doesn't have enough staff. Breakfast at the Market was extremely disappointing. The fresh salmon was frozen to the block being used to serve. Staff is lacking knowledge in general,
Restaurants Pizzeto by pool was a joke. No organization at all it was mayhem they took your order gave you a number which was useless. All the pizzas were on the counter and people were just taking the one they wanted.
Frida was horrible everything we ordered was served cold. Some items had so much mole you didn't know what you were eating. We left and never finished our dinner. LePetit Cochon which was always our favorite restaurant was a nightmare. The bisque which they had previously perfected was very disappointing not only in flavor but the color and temperature.
I had ordered Lamb and specified med rare. Had to return 2x they were completely well done. The bones were not clean trim they had 3 inches of fat,
very unpleasant.
My husband had finished his meal and I was still waiting for mine to be done. Another meal we didn't finish. We did comment with the staff about all our concerns.
Another restaurant we would go several days this time we never returned.
Wai which we have also enjoyed and return several times, this trip we found the service and meal was not of the same caliber as before. Plus they aren't open everyday.
As for the Legendary Sales Office we have lost all respect. Promises are made but not kept. Trying to get info on my account took days without success and I was told it would be email so I wouldn't have to wait . I'm still waiting.
I must say the shows were excellent.

Honeymoon paradise

Rest and relaxation is the key to our honeymoon and Hard Rock is the ticket for us! We took advantage of excursions, rock concerts, libations and the gym. Dining choices are spectacular. Hospitality is first class. I'll recommend hard rock to everyone.
Great service, great installations , can't wait to come again and have an amazing time.
