Maroma Beach is situated on one of the most pristine and famous beaches in Mexico on the Yucatan Peninsula. Close proximity to Mayan archeological sites and eco-adventure parks. 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Transfer time from airport: 30 minutes.

What a wonderful vacation we had! We took our adult children to Secrets Maroma and were treated to a week of excellent service, food and drink and sunshine !!! A concierge is provided for each building in the hotel and they do a fantastic job taking care of every need you might have. We were in the preferred club and Roger Agullar was our concierge. I can’t say enough nice things about his excellent service and attention to detail. He checked on us everyday, made tee times for an incredible golf game, made sure our laundry was picked up and delivered to our room in record time and exchanged pleasantries with us, as well as every guest we observed. What a wonderful person!! We ate breakfast every morning and Alejandro took excellent care of us remembering our names at the buffet. The service at the pool was excellent! Leonardo was our waiter and he brought well made drinks and food poolside, efficiently and always with a smile ! Edy helped me each morning to find pool chairs and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall experience was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. All of the restaurants were delicious and the service was phenomenal! The quality of the food and drinks were superb, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels, the grounds were immaculate and the seaweed was cleared from the beach every day! Every employee we dealt with always had a smile on their face and were so helpful. If you like a spa, this one is worth a visit. Very professional and unbelievable service. The area to check in and check out was beautiful and the people were fast and friendly. We had an early flight back and our bellman was on time and had a warm smile on his face What a great experience and highly recommend the property! Read less

Food and service were awesome! The beach was beautiful!! I wish the lobby bar had been bigger, never enough seating in the evening. Very quiet and laid back resort.

The entire experience was amazing from the concierge service to the arrival. Highly recommended. Our concierge Roger was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The restaurants were also great. Very clean and beautiful. The nightly shows were also a lot is fun. No need to leave the resort.

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Our concierge Yair made the trip a 10/10, he was always on top of everything and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this trip for a honeymoon and to ask for Yair.
