My wife and I visited Secrets Maroma Riviera Cancun for our honeymoon and we had the most amazing experience! The hotel, the food, the drinks, the pool, and the staff were all amazing! I looked through all other resorts and reviews to find the best place to go and I'm so happy I decided on this one. You will not be disappointed if you come here!

We stayed at the Secrets Maroma Beach for twelve nights and enjoyed every part f the resort. The rooms were very clean, pools were clean with a lot of beach chairs and towels. Serve was very good. One of our meals at the Asian restaurant was not very good and we let the resort know via their app. To our surprise the next day a food and beverage manager found us at the resort and apologized for the poor meal, he then meet us the next day with the Chief for that restaurant who thank us for the feedback, agreed the dish needed a refresh and then made the changes to the menu item so the next time we ate there the same dish was done to perfection. The beach had very little seaweed and again the resort had lots of chairs for sitting and enjoying the beach and beautiful water. With a lot of restaurant options, there is no worries about repeating dishes even if you are an extended stay. Thanks to everyone at the resort for all there help and making our vacation so wonderful. Read less

Beautiful Beach and great amenities! The staff was ultra accommodating and did all they could to make my Birthday Celebration special! My guests were blown away with the property and all the perks and amenities! They all said they'd be back!

The Beach at this resort is beautiful! The water is clear and the sand soft and white. Roger the concierge for building 26 was very helpful and took care of all our needs. We did not have a bad meal at any of the speciality restaurants. We also enjoyed meals and drinks at the Preferred Beach Club. Overall this was a great stay at this resort.
