    Where is it

    On the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Naples. The driving distance from Miami International Airport (MIA) to La Playa Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, is approximately 115 to 125 miles depending on the route, typically via I-75. The estimated driving time is around 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

    189 newly transformed rooms and suites on 15 floors in 3 buildings with 4 lifts. All with balcony, air-conditioning, TV with movies on demand*, CD player, mini-bar*, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and iron and board. Standard Rooms offer views across Vanderbilt Bay or Gulf of Mexico with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Standard Rooms may be allocated in the Bay Tower across the street from the resort.

    Resort View King rooms are 600 sq ft and feature views of the resort. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, with private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

    Pool View rooms offer 450 sq ft of comfort with views of tropical landscaping and cascading pools, Featuring a private balcony and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Bay View King rooms are 600 sq ft and feature views of Vanderbilt Bay and the hotel's private Marina. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, with private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

    Bay Tower Junior Suites are located in the Bay tower across the street from the resort with stupendous views of Vanderbilt Bay or Gulf of Mexico. These rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Beachfront Rooms are situated in the Gulf Tower on floors 3-8 with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa. They are 450 sq ft, featuring private balcony with teak furniture and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and beachfront, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

    Premium Beachfront Rooms are situated in the Gulf Tower on floors 9-15, with sweeping aerial views of the Gulf of Mexico. They are 450 sq ft, with whirlpool jetted bathtub, private balcony, 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

    Premium Beachfront Beach House rooms are located on floors 2-4 with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. They are 450 sq ft, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Beach House Lanai rooms are 450 sq ft ground floor rooms with direct access to the beach from the terrace. These have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Awesome day at LaPlaya. 18 holes of golf with a nice tee bag and ball marker gift (since we were resort guests). Course was in great shape despite being in the “off season”. Then lunch on the terrace. The food was delicious, and Chef Cheryl and Tyler were super hospitable. Grouper tacos, avocado and salmon salad, cheeseburger wrap were awesome.

    Perfect Family Getaway – Amazing Staff & Kid-Friendly Fun! Our family had an unforgettable stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples! It’s the perfect mix of luxury and laid-back beach vibes, and what really stood out was how welcoming and fun it was for kids and adults alike. They brought kid toys and checked in moving umbrellas as needed to keep shade for the kids. They brought such great energy, helped us get settled every morning, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing beach day. At the pool, Judah and Macie were absolute stars. They were kind, patient, and always around with a smile, making sure everyone was having a great time.     From the moment you drive up, you know you are in a world class resort and the employees’ pride in working there shines through. The valet, the bell hop, the front desk team, the beach attendants, the bartenders at all of the property’s bars, every waiter and waitress I had the pleasure to engage with were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on the property and all it’t amenities. This resort provides shuttle services to the golf courses and Naples has some beautiful and challenging courses! The Beach is immaculate and our group was about 20 including 7 children under 6! Especially considering the hurricane last year, the hotel looks gorgeous. Really enjoyed the pool and beach, and the golf course is very well maintained.
