A TOTAL RIP OFF. It has definitely put a sour taste in our mouth and has spoilt our stay as we were not aware of this before we had the bill a few days later.

Great little hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was great for catching some sun after a busy day exploring Miami.
The pool area was ideal and didn’t get too busy.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was good for accessing anywhere you want to go.

When we got here we told we had been upgraded, room was nice & cosy, view from the window was a side street, The sliding bathroom door was really hard to slide shut & when it did it stopped the main door to the room from opening. I will not stay there again. The room was so basic and felt like it needed to be updated. No one cleaned my room the entire 3 days I stayed. The floors have no rugs so I could hear people walking above me. Shouting in the hallways. Horrible sleep.
