Was here for a week in June, it was fantastic, other then one night when the lady below me had ppl coming over every hour for loud sex. Pool was nice, room was clean and modern, shower was meh. Food was a little pricy for the size you got, but it was good quality.

If I could give less than a one rating I would , experience this year at Doubletree was one of the worst holidays I have ever experienced in the 30 years I have travelled. Before Covid I would have said that Doubletree International drive near Seaworld is the hotel to stay in, due to food , energy of staff and comfortability. But now it is different, rooms are poorly managed , bed sheets carrying infections due hygiene, dust levels , shower taps falling off walls , shower curtains require changing , carpets need cleaning, boarders in rooms need fixing- health and safety risk to anyone who is visually impaired, or blind. Managers who are patronising , not helpful and treat you like you are the problem. This was my main issue, when you go on a family trip with a young adult who is disabled and the hotel does not care about your needs and you have paid for a hotel to relax and enjoy whilst vacationing. Would not return back. Hotel needs renovation and the money that is flowing through its hands should be regenerated to make it the Hilton experience that you pay for, or is it just a no care attitude because you have to many hotels making to much money to care about the customers who are creating your revenue to stay open. The facility needs some updating, they have spent money in the Lobby recently but not the rooms! The elevators in the tower building where not operating correctly with the floor call button. The Single elevator floor call button would not call the button at all. The tandem elevator floor call button would not work unless you push and hold the up and down button at the same time! Reported to front desk on first full day. The wall paper in the Corridors is falling off. The 2 and 3 story portion of the hotel have areas that are not be cared for and showing signs of rot and decay. The putt-putt in the "resort" has not been cared for, needs some TLC. No one enforces the No Smoking policy at the Facility, people smoking right at the Entry Doors to the buildings, at the pool and other supposedly restricted areas. On Tuesday of our stay I was at a conference and my family was in the room, my wife calls and said some man had entered the Room mid afternoon, with out knocking on the door, announcing himself upon entering or engaging my family once in the room. I reported to front desk that evening, with no follow up. On the last day of our stay, the hotel staff directed us to the wrong shuttle bus, and instead of to Seaworld, we were dropped off at Disney. The shuttle drivers response when I asked about getting back to the hotel was "take an uber", over there at that stand! So $40.00 later we where back at the hotel and I discussed with front desk that night after our Seaworld visit! With both issues the Front Desk has not responded with an explanation of either situation and resolution, even after discussing with "manager on duty" at the night shift. Read less

We were there for an event. Parked at the day rate lot, attendant waived us through and said we don't need a ticket. When we went to leave we were stuck at the gate because we did not have a ticket...attendant gone, can't see the payment screen because it is all faded and sun was directly on it. Ended up putting $15 in cash in the slit, then… Read more

We stayed at the DoubleTree while attending a sporting event at the Orange County Convention center, which is a quick drive from the hotel. The assistant manager of the front desk, Emily, was extremely focused on customer service and helped make our stay great. Thank you!
