The best experience, free parking, the room was ultra clean and I heard the best of all, the sofa bed in a separate area, I was able to send my husband to the couch at midnight because he snores a lot and slept like a baby. I recently returned from a 14 night vacation here with my husband. We chose a studio and were given one with a Kingsize bed on the fifth floor. A small glitch at check in when we were told we were staying for four nights but that was instantly rectified. We were at the side of the hotel so no pool view. The room was huge and had a large sofa, two footstools, a desk and chair, a kitchenette with a large fridge freezer and plenty of clothes storage (I do not travel light. We slept well as the bed was very comfortable. We went to breakfast which had a choice of three hot choices, porridge, waffles, cupcakes, bagals, muffins, yoghurt and fruit. Coffee was on tap 24/7 and there was juice at breakfast and various teas. On leaving the hotel the lovely lady at reception always wished everyone well. We were also greeted on return. She was so cheery and helpful. We had an issue with our shower and maintenance fitted a new shower head immediately. How is that for efficiency. We were only visiting SeaWord, Aquatica and Busch Gardens plus a bit of shopping so the location was ideal. Also there was a Seven Eleven and CVS nearby. The I Ride stops were directly outside. We hired a car from Alamo (via Andy) which we picked up from the Rosen Centre so used the bus to get there and after we dropped the car off to visit the Outlets. Not only did the hotel provide breakfast but three evenings a week they laid on food ie tacos, pizza, hot dogs and burgers with salads plus beer and sangria which was very enjoyable. The only criticism I have of this hotel is the small pool and surrounding area with very little seating. Most of the time it wasn’t a problem as in the morning people went to the parks but in the evening it became busy. Also a small breakfast bar would have been welcome in the room as we only had a small coffee table or the footstools to eat off. We made use of the laundry facilities. The washers and driers were new All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The staff were lovely. The Housekeeping Manager asked if all was well, housekeeping always spoke, the kitchen staff were pleasant and the lady who cleaned the tables and replenished food and drinks was always cheerful and smiling. Excellent Suite x lovely staff x From the time we arrived to when we left, it was fantastic. When we go Orlando again, we will stay there. We felt the hotel group, suite, and staff made us feel safe. Michelle manager even got us a kettle. Morning breakfast was lovely, and plenty of it. We had a 2 bedroom suite, 1 bedroom had 2 queen beds, other bedroom had a king-size bed, both with ensuites. Kitchen was good. But no oven, only microwave. We were across the road from Seaworld. From where we were transport was easy, lynx,i trolley or uber. Read less

We booked our room 3 months before and they gave us a different room than what we paid for. We didn’t fit. We had to go out and buy a blow up mattress. They told us sorry but were sold out. Omar the manager did not do anything but refund us the rest of the week. We had to move and book somewhere else. We never come back here again. Rooms are small and bathroom is in the master. BEWARE. We stayed here as part of a Virgin Holidays package - 2 adults and 1 child (9 years old). The room was huge with 2 queen beds, a large bathroom as well as a small kitchen area (Fridge / Freezer, Sink, Dishwasher, Hob). The staff behind the reception were always happy and helped whenever we needed their assistance. The breakfast was superb, plenty of options (Sausage, Egg, Yoghurt, Fruit, Cereal, Pancakes) and the social event on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening was much better than we expected. The chef (Miguel) and his team cooked up some really nice food, in particular the pulled pork on Taco night. There was also complimentary Sangria and beer. The hotel was kept clean and we would definitely return. The location is good whichever parks you plan to visit - 15 minutes from Universal, 25 minutes from Disney and walking distance to Seaworld.
