All with flatscreen TV with premium HDTV channels, WiFi, telephone, living area with sofa, kitchen (with two burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, toaster, and coffee maker). All suites have a dining area and countertop bar and studio rooms have a countertop bar. Studio Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

    We had a fantastic stay at the Staybridge Suites SeaWorld in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. The room was clean, tidy, and really comfortable – perfect for our family. The location is ideal, easily walkable to SeaWorld, with a return bus also available for SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove which made things super convenient. The complimentary social evenings with free food and drinks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were a lovely bonus, and the included breakfast was plentiful and tasty – a great start to each day. A special shoutout to Eric M, who went above and beyond for my daughter's 13th birthday. I asked where I could get a cake and balloons, and when we returned from our day out, we were surprised with an amazing chocolate fudge cake, balloons, and a sweet note. It made her day so special – Thank you! The only small downsides were the lack of a kettle in the room for a cuppa (but I just used a pan on the hob!) and that there could be a few more sunbeds around the pool. But overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return! Read less

A good base for getting to parks by bus, quiet, but need to go to ID for evening meals if you want plenty of choice. Pool small but adequate. The breakfasts and socials were a good way to save a bit of money on eating out and choice was adequate. The staff were pleasant. Access to a bar would be a nice addition to this hotel. However we did have an issue in that I authorised for a $5 per night for incidentals pending payment to be taken and myself and my daughter had more than this pending, by the time I blocked my card the system had taken over £1100 which effectively meant it sucked up most of the credit I had available on the card I had a preferential exchange rate on. The staff seemed baffled why it was happening but these payments didn't fall off until I got home. It did cause us some fi nancial hardship as we had to use our debit card. I would advise anyone giving their credit card as security to use one they are able to block to stop this happening. It was charging g us the nightly room rate every day even though we had booked and paid through Virgin. Totally unacceptable! Omar the GM did try to compensate for the inconvenience and met us on his day off with tickets to Aquatica for 3 of us, also offered a late check out and said he will reimburse us via Virgin for 2 nights stay so I do thank him for his kindness in doing that, we had a great day at Aquatica and my kids preferred it there to Volcano Bay. We did have a pleasant stay here but the problems with my card marred it and I will be asking Virgin to fully investigate why this has happened, according to some reviews on TripAdvisor it isn't the first time,obviously there is some sort of glitch in the system. It was just as well we had an alternative method of funding our holiday. Read less

    My family and I have just spent 14 nights hear and had a great experience in this hotel. Location is good. Within stones throw of seaworld, discovery cove and Aquatica. Disney parks only 15-20 mins away by car. All guests staying get breakfast included. Although the range wasn't as big as some hotels, what they did offer was good quality, and staff were attentive. There is free coffee and tea on offer 24/7 and 3 nights a week they give you a free light dinner and drinks. (Mon-wed) . Rooms were spacious and clean. We wanted to stay somewhere that offered more than just a hotel room, and this was ideal. Kitchen was well equipped and lounge area nice. Beds comfortable and bathroom clean. Staff were great. Always helpful and friendly. Only small issue we had (which isn't hotels fault) was the free shuttle to seaworld, and discovery cove was not reliable. Twice it didn't show at all, and another time, it was 45 mins late. So if you're travelling with kids, it's probably better not to rely on this. Read less

    We stayed at Staybridge Suites Orlando as a family of four (kids aged 11 and 6) and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our suite was spacious and clean, with two large double beds and a sofa that folded out into an extra bed – perfect for our family setup. The small kitchenette came in really handy, with a fridge freezer (great for keeping drinks cold and freezing water bottles for park days), microwave, and hob. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations – there was fresh coffee, bagels, fruit, porridge, cereals, eggs, and the waffle maker was a huge hit with our daughter! It did get busy at times, but we always found somewhere to sit. Location-wise, it was ideal for us. It’s very close to SeaWorld – just a 15-minute walk or there’s a free shuttle. I often dropped the family off and ran back to meet them, then jogged back to get the car after. We found SeaWorld to be much quieter on weekend evenings, which was great for getting on the bigger rides with minimal wait, while one of us took the kids to more age-appropriate rides and shows. Although we didn’t use the pool (we were out at the parks from morning until late), it looked clean and well maintained. Free parking was a big bonus, and the hotel was in easy reach of the major parks – we hired a car which made things really convenient. Not much to walk to nearby, but plenty of dining options within a short drive, which worked perfectly for us. All in all, we had an excellent stay and the staff were friendly throughout and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Orlando! Read less
