    Pool View Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    This is our second visit to this hotel and it has been great. The hotel is generally clean and welcoming. The pool area is great with a grotto style waterfall, 2 hot tubs and a warm pool aswell along with a pool bar Food and drink is good, expensive but with my previous reviews, this goes with the territory. There are places close by to eat which are cheap and cheerful like Applebees, five guys, chipotle and there are some more expensive restaurants like Charley’s and Kobe which are more expensive but all are walking distance. Back to the hotel… we stayed in 4607 and the room was clean, large enough, comfortable. We were overlooking the garden area and pond which was a little noisy at night but nothing too major. The last time we stayed we faced towards the outside of the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff have all been very nice and accommodating. A few things we noticed but DID NOT affect our experience and I’m only putting this because a few other people have mentioned but please do not be put off… Windows could do with a clean. There was only one lift working in our block and the cleaners seem to use these aswell as opposed to a service lift and in terms of any negatives - this was it… There is an on site Starbucks which is busy in the morning but a great nice coffee to start your day. They have shuttles to Disney and Universal but to be honest, if you are going to Disney, it’s only about 7-10 dollars in an uber or lyft Would we come again and why? Yes: Locality to many attractions is great Comfortable Generally clean Good pool area Good reception area Starbucks on site Enjoy your stay :) Read less

    Although their 1 pool was cold, we were glad that they had a warm pool, as well! Hot Tub was large & clean. Pool area had plenty of towels, & a water station at the outside bar. Hotel room was comfortable, & they do have suites. They have a Star Bucks, as well as another restaurant. Kid friendly place.

    Tina at front desk was AMAZING!! Hotel very clean!!!! Me and me family had a great time in our double queen room. Wonderful bar and restaurant on property. Also a stop and go to buy snacks for you and the family instead of going to expensive stores nearby

Reception was clean, bright and staff were all very helpful. Now for the negatives, the last few days were not good as large groups arrived. This changed the whole feel of the hotel. We couldn’t get in the pool as there were groups of cheerleaders practicing. It was dicey walking through reception as you had to dodge football matches. Our lovely relaxing base was completely ruined. I’m gutted as we had saved for 2 years for this holiday, the last few days were so stressful. Prior to this we were looking to rebook. Now I’m not sure we’d take the risk. I did raise my concerns with reception but was fobbed off with excuses. Read less
