The 2024 Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. First use must be on or before December 31, 2024. The ticket will expire in full on January 13, 2025. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on ONE (1) separate calendar day. This promise only applies to Walt Disney World tickets and Universal Orlando Resort tickets only. We will require a copy of the competitors quotation of the price to be matched against. The lower price tickets must be available to consider matching that price. So, in the unlikely event that you do find your Attraction tickets cheaper elsewhere this is what you need to do: — Check all the details. Is the quote you have based on the same attractions and dates? — If it is, call us on 0344 472 9646 within 14 days of making your booking. We will require your booking reference number, and printed proof which must take the form of an email or letter from the other ABTA Tour Operator or a screen grab from their website. Tell us who you got the quote from, when it was for, what is included and how much cheaper it was. — We will check through all the details within one working day, and if the quote matches your holiday booking we will refund the difference.
