Luggage can be stored under the bed. We stayed 14 nights and found the space adequate for 3 adults. The canteen was always busy but food was made quickly and the place was kept clean at all times. Food at Disney is very good value both in the hotel and the parks. The family size pizza in All Stars Music is great value. The common areas including the pools are spotlessly clean. The laundry was easy to use - just use a QR code. Buses were frequent and never too busy. No complaints at all. Everything was back to pre-covid Disney magic…in fact, maybe better👍 Read less

So this is my third time staying here, I must like it because I keep going back ! Booked at last minute on a whim for a week. Had a great stay, check in was fast, initially was disappointed to get building 5 in county fair as it is the furthest walk to everything, however I was in for a revelation. This area is wonderful, I would request it next time. Yes the walk is a little further but not too far in the scheme of things, I loved the theming, it was quiet and restful with a shaded park like area with trees and picnic benches which was lovely to sit and rest in. The room was basic but clean and tidy, both beds were comfy and pillows were lovely. The shower initially did not work but one phone call and maintenance came and fixed it, so no complaints there. TV and wifi in room was good. Personally I think the rail for clothes is now too short and I preferred the old design. The coffee maker and chiller provided were fine. The toiletries provided are good enough to use and not bring your own, if you are watching baggage weight. The rooms are quite small when both beds are down and I came home with a few bruises from walking into the bed but this is not really an issue as we were out most of the day at the parks. The bus service was excellent, the food court was great but choice was noticibly more limited than in the past. My only real issue hence my grading of four rather than five is the lack of housekeeping. You're supposed to get housekeeping 'lite' every two days but in practice this never happens. Also they only provide limited supplies for the room on the basis they'll be replenished in two days but aren't. e.g. one one ply cheap toilet roll, not necessarily a full one in bathroom on check in with no spares provided for a room of four people and no housekeeping for the next couple of days, one coffee sachet per person. I can deal with not having clean towels everyday and taking out my own trash but I do think a spare toilet roll and more than one coffee every few days is not too much to ask. I think this is where it is obvious Disney is cutting costs, less service for no reduction in room rate. You can ring for supplies and they will be provided but I am a dawn to dusk in the parks type of person and I don't want to be requesting and waiting around for toilet roll at midnight when I have just got off the bus from the parks. I feel strongly you should not have to ask for supplies, they should already be there as this is a basic need. I do love the resort and would stay there again especially in building five but Disney needs to watch cost cutting whilst increasing room rates and go back to the pre covid level of service since there are other cheaper options available which I will start to consider if this continues to change negatively. Really nice staff, our room was ready for us early so we could check in at 1 PM and start enjoying our stay. The food in the food court is good and ok pricing. Loved the pool area and super easy to get to the parks and to Disney springs with the complimentary bus. Loved our stay here!

The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after long days at the parks. The decor was charming and themed just right for a Disney resort—cute without being over the top. One of the highlights was the hot shower at the end of each day, which was a real blessing after hours of exploring and fun. Despite hearing comments online about potential noise issues, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our stay was. The overall experience was fantastic, and we are very happy with our choice. We are planning to visit Orlando again soon and will definitely stay at this wonderful resort. Great service, a perfect location, and a peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. Thank you! Pros: semi-recent renovation, rooms are new-ish. Photos online are accurate. You stay on property so free parking at the parks. Good water pressure. AC doesn’t blast in your face. Cons: about everything else. The walls are PAPER THIN. You can literally hear every single thing that is said in the neighboring rooms or outside the door. It is a “motel” at the end of the day, through and through. Anytime our neighbors were talking at NORMAL VOLUME, we could hear the absolute entirety of their conversations. What helped? Cramming towels under the door space to the adjoining room and running a loud white noise app. What you can’t do anything about? The crazy pop music BLASTING at the pool ALL DAY with no stopping. You cannot drown it out. I think of your room faces the parking lot, you could avoid the bulk of this noise. My suggestion--request a room that faces the parking lot!! If you are trying to chill at all during the day, you basically can’t. Maybe if you don’t intend to spend anytime at all in your room except sleeping at night, maybe this won’t matter to you. We had an unplanned down time day and we were shocked at how disruptive this place is during the day. The music starts pretty early (pool opens early!), so no sleeping in either. It also closes at 11, so screaming and blasting music until late too. I don’t know any of this when booking and we got stuck. Hope this info helps someone else. Absolutely would not stay here again.
