Half-Board option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). For any other outlet at Grand Hyatt Dubai there is a set menu that can be consumed in any of the following 7 outlets: Andiamo, Panini, Sushi, Peppercrab, Wox, iZ, Awtar.

Resort Family Rooms (44 sqm) have views of Dubai Creek with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (2 extra beds provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Grand Deluxe Suites are larger and also offer resort benefits* with 2 king-size beds (2 extra beds provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

It was a terrible experience while we checked in our room today , our room number is 831 , nobody was welcoming us and take care of us , nobody take our luggages and show our room to us , all we have today was a key card , we took our luggages and finding our room by ourselves! As a Hyatt group hotel it is very disappointing for us !

One of my favourite hotels in the world. There are too many great things to list but just a few to mention include cleanliness, quiet rooms, modern, well controlled air conditioner that is silent, comfortable king bed with great pillows, great buffet breakfast and dinner, spacious room (king bed superior) comfortably fit 4 including a king bed and two roller way beds and EXCEPTIONAL service. We needed an early check in and this was easily organised for us for 6am check in. Everything we requested was provided without any trouble and promptly. And GREAT value. Pool areas - indoor and outdoor - are fabulous and not crowded. Amazing gym with lots of equipment. We visited in 2019 and again in 2024. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this as one of the best hotels in Dubai. Read less

Everything is good. Staffs are very helpful with my queries . Neat and clean. Everything you need is already in the hotel. The experience was great. I would love to be back again.
