Incredible place to stay and enjoy Tahoe

The staff and employees are excellent, they really go out of their way to make sure you feel appreciated and give a great ROI for your stay. The location is great and easy access to all Lake Tahoe area has to offer. The facility is amazing with a very rustic "cabin" feel. The food, entertainment, and staff is one of a kind.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in February of 2025. The day we arrived into Reno, a massive snowstorm hit and roads out of Reno were closed. I called the hotel immediately and let them know we would not be arriving that evening as previously planned. I was assured that the night would be taken off the reservation and we would receive a refund. Fast forward to 4 months later, multiple phone calls and credit card disputes, the hotel has refused the refund. We come to Tahoe multiples times a year and will be choosing a different hotel on our next stay as this hotel does not honor its word.

The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
