I stay at this hotel an average of three nights a month. The people at check inn are always pleasant and professional. The rooms are clean and quiet. I enjoy the fact that the coffee cups are of larger size and the coffee packets are of very good quality.

I an a promoter of Indian Live Events. I had my group stay at The Sheraton LAX. All my guests were very happy with everything at the Hotel. I was and am extremely happy with the way Mr. Ferdinand took care of us. I have done several events and have used several different hotels, but He is one of the Best people I have met .

This is my go-to hotel at LAX. The rooms and amenities are just above average but the people who staff this hotel are superior. My schedule changed rapidly in a short time frame, causing me to need to book, cancel and re-book all at the last minute. This is my go-to hotel at LAX. The rooms and amenities are just above average but the people who staff this hotel are superior. My schedule changed rapidly in a short time frame, causing me to need to book, cancel and re-book all at the last minute. The price had gone up slightly in-between bookings so to soften the blow Ramon at the front dest upgraded me to a suite and comped breakfast. Management has given the staff some latitude to use their discretion in solving customer problems. Other hotel managers take note. Read less

I’m here on business. Large clean room with an Awesome room upgrade, great staff. I’d recommend staying at this Sheraton hotel located on Century boulevard. Easy checkin with a pretty smile to boot. Good location and easy access to Los Angeles World Airport.

BEWARE! The rooms are noisy and not clean, our table was sticky. WiFi is extremely slow and not even available at the bar or at the pool. Parking is $80 per night.
