Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great value resort. Walking distance to bars, beaches, and restaurants.

Family enjoyed the pool and walking distance to beach (its right next to the beach). The outdoor fire tables and daily activities were nice. The two-bed standard room was comfy and spacious for a family of four. We appreciated the modern clean aesthetic. Walking distance to bars and eateries around Pismo is a huge plus.

The room was amazing. My wife and I were able to watch the whales from out balcony. The staff was very attentive to my wife’s food allergies. They had great activities you could either do at the resort, or you could easily walk to the shopping district, pier, and other fine eateries.

We happened to stop by with no reservations, and they took us in!! We ended up staying 3 nights. The mattresses were amazing. We loved this place. Location & Staff were great too!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location was also awesome spot to hang out.

The location is perfect and the hotel room is well kept; however, for the price you pay, perfection (or close to it) is expected. The hotel grounds need improvement. The room key did not work on several gated doors to the pool. The wooden decking was a bit wobbly and might cause injury if not addressed. The fire pits took a while to start up. … Read more

The room key did not work on several gated doors to the pool. The wooden decking was a bit wobbly and might cause injury if not addressed. The fire pits took a while to start up. Bar area was abysmal (wait time was long). Anyone from the beach can access all the amenities to the hotel; therefore, one must watch their personal belongings at all times! Hotel maintenance staff did not provide assistance to any issues we (and other hotel guests) had. The worst part is the fact that valet parking is $45 a night and the attendants can't get your car to you properly. They park it behind other vehicles (whose owners are loading their own items in their vehicle) and block the only exit out of the hotel. For the amount of money you pay, you would think they'd assist better. The upside my family and I experienced was the room service dining; which we ordered around 8:30/9 pm. The lady who took my order (I believe her name was Rey or Rene), was amazing and patient! If it wasn't for her, I'd give this hotel a much lower star. Read less

We are staying here and the hot we l is great. The service yesterday was awful. The bad service basically ignored us. I asked for a menu for food as we thought about getting some food but no menu was even given. Around the hotel food outlets are cheap and unappealing. I asked for a menu for food as we thought about getting some food but no menu was even given. Around the hotel food outlets are cheap and unappealing. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The other thing to remember is the fog which means no sunbathing is out if the question. This has been the worst place we have stayed in since our arrival two weeks ago. Read less
