We come every summer for 3 nights and love this property. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Shout out to Michelle and Jesus for having caring spirit for their guests. Housekeeping is happy to change towels daily when I brought them down to their laundry room (just down hall from our room). Restaurant has yummy breakfast and even espresso drinks. (Lemon Zest with pistachio & cardamom french toast is bomb!) Great affordable family vacation hotel. I realized an hour after checkout while on way home I had left my airpods behind in the hotel room and called the hotel. Jesus at front desk went over to the room and personally found them and had the BW send them to me. I received them two days later. THANK YOU JESUS!! We will be back next year - already booked! I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Santa Barbara. The amenities were perfect. They have a bird sanctuary there, a beautiful pool, lush surroundings, kind employees, and a comfortable room to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for my large family. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the property was beautiful. The only drawback was that the apartment needed to be updated.

Instead of offering assistance, he told me to figure it out myself and to remove the frog on my own. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Kevin is by far the worst employee I have encountered in any hotel. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown by the staff at this hotel. I will never stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Read less
