One of the worst hotel experiences. I expected more from Virgin. Their website and ad posters around the hotel say Funny Bunny is open 5:30 am to 1:00 pm, and the 24 hour restaurant is currently only serving a mediocre breakfast buffet. We were not able to order anything from the menu; even a cup of black coffee. We were told to go down to Dunkin’ Donuts and stand in a line of nearly 35 to get coffee in this hotel. Additionally, workers are picketing (which we did not know about until we arrived) and we have been harassed for staying here. Will not be back. We had been considering a Virgin cruise, but after this experience with Virgin we will travel with another brand. Read less

We attended a concert 11/06 for Whiskey Myers. We got orchestra seating, standing room. I was the DD for context. We got removed from concert on the second to last song from two female security guards who said we “fell over.” Seems our dancing was irritating people in the standing room. Okay, you might be questioning our dancing, picture cowboy boots and shorts, having a good time nothing erratic. The people next to us in the standing area, who were texting the WHOLE time, were irritated to begin with (probably the disgruntled crowd). Music was great, however, our experience was extremely poor. We were pulled out of the concert and removed for a bunch of lies with literally no basis. I’m not kidding, I had to listen to their “reasoning,” lol never heard so much bs in my life.. They wouldn’t even listen to anything I say! They just chalked us up to a bunch of drunks like everyone in LV. Once again, I was the DD… I tried to have a conversation with them. They wouldn’t listen. They were completely on a power trip!! They were so so so rude. They were completely invalidated, and they had no intelligence (based on a 3 minute, one way conversation). The security guard with purple hair obviously was as unqualified as well as her counterpart. Consider us never to come back to this venue. I’ve been to many venues and have never had this experience before. I have NEVER had such a poor experience. I’ve never even written a review because nothing has pushed me to do so until now. If you want to go to a concert where you can’t dance and enjoy yourself by all means this is the place. I advised otherwise. Read less

Highly impressed vs other hotels I have been to in Vegas. It’s off the strip but a short Lyft/Uber away. The casino is very basic with a reasonable amount of slot machines. Not much going on with table games. The mention casino is a 10. Great job at eliminating smoke!!! Karina at Front Desk was excellent in getting us the best room with an amazing… Read more

Not much going on with table games. The mention casino is a 10. Great job at eliminating smoke!!! Karina at Front Desk was excellent in getting us the best room with an amazing pool view which lights up at night. Our room - King Ruby Tower Corner Suite on 10th floor is a must do! Very good use of space with floor to ceiling windows. Separate makeup area away from bathroom is ideal. Nice living area with double sided TVs. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Esteban, Ruby Tower Concierge was great. Found me a chiropractor to relieve my pain. Mexican restaurant on site was very good. Homemade salsa and very stout margaritas. Tried the juice bar in spa area and wish I had requested they blend with ice. I would stay here again. Ruby Tower preferred. Read less
