Unsafe property!! Poor guest service, terrible management

we recently stayed at the Excalibur in Vegas for my daughter's tournament. The shower door was unsecured and the floor in the shower was slippery. I fell and sustained injury. where should I report unsafe property concerns? Report to the front desk and security was filed right after the incident. I have been in pain and covered in bruises and bumps with difficulty in walking. Surprisingly, no one reached out to me since the incident.
We came to Vegas for her national volleyball tournament and we were required to stay at the Excalibur by the team. I declined getting medics that night because I couldn’t leave my daughter.
Upon reporting the fall, the only thing the hotel was able to provide, after repeated requests, was 3 ice packs and moving us to another equally run down room. We then had to run down to the lobby ourselves to request a floor mat to prevent another slip and fall in the same type of shower.
The hotel management has not shown any concerns or the ability to manage issues regarding the safety and overall experience of the guests. I have photos and video of the shower condition and my injuries, I am still having pain. I’m reaching out to make sure MGM as the parent entity is aware of this terrible incident. I want to give you an opportunity to address the situation and help prevent future injuries. As it stands, I cannot give a good review for this establishment with the way my fall has been handled.
