As you’ll be tempted to ‘stay in’, they’ve thrown in complimentary WiFi. But you’re in Wall Street’s only hotel – so making the most of your surroundings is a must, even if you only make it as far as the hotel’s mezzanine floor for craft cocktails at Centric Bar & Grill, or its decadent buffet restaurant for American dishes and handcrafted cocktails.

    On the corner of Wall Street and Water Street, this hotel is just steps from the New York Stock Exchange in the historic Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Its location puts you close to the World Financial Center, South Street Seaport, Battery Park, and boat trips to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. There are dining venues and boutiques nearby.     Standard 2 Double Rooms are 345 sq ft. Each has 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Deluxe Rooms are 450 sq ft and have a separate shower and soaking tub with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

    Junior Suites are 610 sq ft and have separate sitting and dining areas with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

    Wall street hotel in terrible condition. Stay elsewhere. Leaking pipes, rundown elevator, awful handling of multiple fire alarms after midnight. Cannot believe this is a Hyatt. Seriously, don’t stay here if you can avoid it at all. Other properties nearby are infinitely better.

    This hotel has no AC. It has been broken for quite awhile but they made no attempt to let us know prior to arrival. We were told to open the window but it was 80+* while we were there and really difficult to sleep.     This hotel has no AC. It has been broken for quite awhile but they made no attempt to let us know prior to arrival. We were told to open the window but it was 80+* while we were there and really difficult to sleep. When we complained we were told we would be contacted by the manager and receive a credit or points but it's been a week and NO CONTACT. It's a bummer because we always stay here and enjoy the location. We will be trying other places in the future. Staff did their best but management was non existent. The last day we were there they received an Amazon shipment of hundreds of fans. This makes me believe they expect the AC to be down for awhile. Also the Bar is NEVER open. Read less

    The hotel failed to disclose the fact that the AC was out days before we arrived, and remained out through the entirety of our stay. They did not tell my wife it was out until she arrived to check in. At that point it was too late for us to find alternate accommodation and management didn’t even offer to move us to another Hyatt hotel in Manhattan… Read more

They did not tell my wife it was out until she arrived to check in. At that point it was too late for us to find alternate accommodation and management didn’t even offer to move us to another Hyatt hotel in Manhattan with AC. On a hot NYC weekend this was unacceptable. It was only the next day that hotel staff slipped and told me the AC had already been out for days before we arrived. Don’t stay here if you expect to be treated with respect. Read less

    Great hotel with fantastic localization. Worth its price. Hotel stuff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are big enough, very clean and In a good condition. The only problem was the air condition but hotel stuff has found a solution for that after my intervention. In general I recommend this hotel as a good place to stay at Down Manhattan

    Nice place however air condition was not working. Airflow in the room was almost non-existent making the ability to have a good night sleep impossible. I wish I was informed in advance that the system was not working so I could arrange for another hotel stay.
