Early Booker Package Offer
Book a stay in one of the participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotels (Disney Resort) and a 14 Day Magic Ticket on the arrival dates specified below by 9 November 2023 and receive:

a) Up to $1200 per room on a two-week stay in one of the participating Disney Resorts for selected arrivals from 9 January to 18 December 2024 (inclusive) excluding dates from 23 March to 12 April, from 1 August to 30 September, from 12 October to 25 October 2024 (inclusive); or
up to $2100 per room on a two-week stay for arrivals from 1 August to 30 September 2024 (inclusive); and
b) Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket (including Memory Maker); and
c) a US$100 Disney Gift Card per booking to spend at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels & Parks

Guests can also benefit from Disney 14 Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 if they book a Disney Resort Hotel and a 14 Day Disney Magic Ticket for arrivals from 1 January to 31 December 2024 (inclusive). Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for use up to 18 days from the first day of use. Disney Magic Tickets provides admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. Water Parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity and weather closures, or may close for other reasons. Bookings are subject to availability and our Booking Terms and Conditions.

To gain entry into a Walt Disney World Theme Park, both a valid ticket and reservation for the same Theme Park on the same date are required. You must make a separate reservation for each date you plan to visit, even with a multi-day ticket at each Theme Park you wish to attend. We recommend that you make your Walt Disney World Theme Park reservation as soon as available after your purchase. Currently a reservation is not required to visit a Water Park, but reservation requirements may change. Water Parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity and weather closures.

Except as required by applicable law, the Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable.

The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen without required proof of purchase and complete card number.

The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card may not be resold in any manner whatsoever.

The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of any services, tickets, or Disney Gift Cards.

The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of a real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort.

The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card is issued by Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change the terms and conditions of program without advance notice.

The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card will be fulfilled via email address provided by Guest while completing check-in via Direct-to-Room & Online Check-in Services, or at the Front Desk during the on-site check-in process. Should Guest be unable to provide an email address, the Front Desk will issue a Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card.

Steps to Pricing the 4027 Special Offer Room and Ticket Package:

Step 1- Room Rates

• • Determine the Room Rates based upon the Walt Disney World Resort Room Rates (found under section “Walt Disney World Special Offer 4027”, “4027 Special Offer Walt Disney Resort Room Rates”).

Step 2 – Ticket Rates

• • Add the total from Step 1 to the mandatory per person net Disney Magic Ticket with Memory Maker or Disney Magic Ticket pricing (found under section “3.) Walt Disney World Resort Annual Ticket Prices and Provisions”).

General Provisions:

1. The General Terms and Provisions for Walt Disney World® Resort Room Rates, the General Terms and Provisions for Tickets and the General Terms and Provisions for On-Site Packages (included on separate exhibit pages) also apply to this Special Offer.
2. The same Special Offer must be purchased for all guests in the party.
3. If this Special Offer Room and Ticket Package is ordered through the TTC System, the net rate of the package is the sum of the net rates of the individual components of the package as quoted by the TTC System.  If this Special Offer Room and Ticket Package is ordered through DRC, the net rate of the package is the sum of the net rates of the Resort Room Nights (found under section “Walt Disney World Special Offer 4027” in “4027 Special Offer Walt Disney Resort Room Rates”) and the net rates of the Tickets as quoted by the TTC System at the time of order.
4. Please note that the Ticket order must be included with the Resort Room Nights reservation request.

Special Provisions:

1. ORDERING PERIOD:  Reservations for this Special Offer may only be made during the period April 20, 2023 – November 9, 2023 and must reference the applicable Package Code. The Package Codes for this Special Offer may be found under section “Walt Disney World Special Offer 4027”, “4027 Package Codes”.
2. Please note that the 4027 "Special Offer" is not applicable to any arrivals between March 23, 2024 – April 12, 2024, October 12, 2024 – October 25, 2024 or to any arrivals after December 18, 2024.
3. This offer may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
4. Disney may at its option, do one or more of the following: (i) remove this Special Offer and this exhibit from the Contracted Product Pages, (ii) end the ordering period for this exhibit, (iii) stop accepting all reservations and orders from Travel Distributor for this Special Offer and (iv) change the net rates, entitlements, specifications and other terms and provisions (including, without limitation, ordering and arrival date periods) specified in the Contracted Product Pages for this Special Offer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, such removal or change shall be effective on the date two days from and after the date that Disney reflects such removal or change in the Accessible Web Pages and notifies Travel Distributor that the Accessible Web Pages have changed, which notice may be given by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in Section 1 of the Agreement.
5. Travel Distributor agrees to pass the savings on this Special Offer on to the guest.  Travel Distributor also agrees that when Travel Distributor sells this Special Offer in packages with other components (such as airfare or car rental) and Travel Distributor sells such other components at a discount when not sold in packages with this Special Offer, Travel Distributor shall sell such components at the same discount (or better) when such components are sold in packages with this Special Offer.  Travel Distributor shall of course be free to sell this Special Offer (and any components sold with it) for less.
6. Please note that the number of rooms available for this Special Offer is limited, and, on some nights, there may be no rooms available for this Special Offer.  Notwithstanding any room block, Daily Allocation or, except as set forth below in this paragraph 6, calendar, and, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in the Agreement, reservations for this Special Offer require Disney’s approval in Disney’s sole discretion and, therefore, Travel Distributor must obtain Disney’s written reservation confirmation of Disney’s acceptance of a reservation for this Special Offer before Travel Distributor confirms the reservation to its guest.  The immediately preceding sentence shall not restrict the applicability to this Special Offer of any calendar provided by Disney, which specifically states that it is valid for Special Offers.
7. Prior to the first day of the Ordering Period, Travel Distributor shall maintain as confidential and shall not disclose (i) this Special Offer or (ii) any information relating to the upcoming promotion associated with this Special Offer.

$100 Disney Spending Money

Disney Spending Money = 1 gift card valid per booking, only for new bookings. Bookings must include return flights, accommodation at a participating Disney Resort Hotel*or Disney Deluxe Villa*. Disney’s Magic Tickets must be included for the whole party. A Disney Dine & Merchandising Credit offer is also required for the whole party. All package elements must be booked together in one transaction through Virgin Holidays. Bookings must have a unique address & e-mail address to be valid for gift card, any bookings found to have duplicate information will only have gift card applied to first booking.​
