There are a range of restaurants on site together with snack bars and coffee shops.
The staff at the hotel were all excellent. Check-in and check-out were seemless with facilities provide to enable you to store luggage and change.
Taxis are required to get to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall etc but they are cheap compared to the UK. We booked a couple of trips in advanced so got picked up for these.
November is an excellent time of year to go as it is a steady 32 degreees and isn't humid.

A few points to be worked on:
- the overhead planes, although great to watch them taking off during the day, were very noisy at night and I feel the window glazing was not as good quality as other hotels situated on flight paths.
- curtains in the room did not close well to offer blackout and a better sleeping experience.
- the main dining restaurant Suan Bua, lacked dinner choice, especially with no live meat cooking option. Whilst you could go to Uno Mas (Argentinian) there was no availability when we tried to book.
