From Dyana our host to Alberto, Salvador and Israel all our needs were met. Sergio the head waiter was there to make sure all of our needs were met. At the beach Jamie whipped up some great drinks for the group and Carlos and Crystal always stopped to make sure our glasses never got empty. At the pool Pedro and Danny kept the drinks flowing and Alberto delivered them with a huge smile every time. At the restaurant Portofino Donovan and waiter Fernando were extremely professional as well as Marco and Santos at the blue water grill. Outstanding service. All in all we had a great trip with my only complaint is that you can’t book times at the restaurants. It’s first come first serve. Would I return? Yes.

Amazing service and a wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this resort with our four-year-old. The staff are so friendly and attentive, the pool is lovely and the drinks and food are all delicious.
