    1,304 rooms and suites. All with a furnished balcony, air-conditioning, smart TV with streaming via Google Chromcast, complimentary WiFi, Lavazza® coffee maker, mini-bar (restocked daily) with liquor dispenser and bottle of wine upon arrival, safe, iron and ironing board, pillow and aromatherapy menus, exclusive beach bag and double whirlpool tubs. The bathrooms feature a double sink vanity, private bath and shower with CHI® bath amenities, Natura Bisse soap, bathrobes, slippers, and CHI® hairdryer and straighteners. Grand Deluxe Garden View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    All Inclusive of: all meals and snacks, 24-hour room service, stocked mini-bar, in-room drinks cabinet, WiFi access, plus a range of domestic and imported beverages including sparkling wine.     Grand Honeymoon Suites feature additional romantic welcome amenities (subject to availability), with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability.

    Grand Swim-Up Suites offer direct pool access, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Grand Family Suites offer one room with a king-size bed and a connecting room with 2 double beds. The kids' room includes an Xbox 360 plus a selection of Xbox games (on request), L’Oreal kids bath amenities, kid-size slippers and robes, and a mini-bar stocked with sweet treats. Family Suites sleep maximum 6 people.

    Grand Governor Suites feature a spacious living and dining room, with seating for eight people, dressing room with private shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

    Grand Presidential Suites consist of two adjoining rooms with private baths with showers (one room has the double whirlpool), a dining and bar area plus a living room area. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

    Fabulous family friendly resort. Lots of great restaurants to pick from. The pools are wonderful and the pool staff are very friendly and attentive. We particularly appreciated our pool attendant Mauricio at the pool next to The Grill restaurant. He always went above and beyond, anticipating our every need.

    Pésimo servicio tardaron más de 2 horas en asignarnos habitación , una señorita nos gritó de manera denigrante que no éramos socios y por eso no merecíamos la atención ,cuando por fin nos dieron la habiatacion las maletas tardaron más de 1 hora en llegar

    Muy grande el hotel, es muy tardado esperar a los carritos de transporte dentro del moon palace, pues no pasan seguido y cuando lo hacen van llenos, y si es muy grande para recorrerlo todo caminando, la animación de la alberca fue excelente muy buen servicio del personal, los toboganes y el rio lento no era mucha atracción, pues solo eran 2… Read more
    Muy grande el hotel, es muy tardado esperar a los carritos de transporte dentro del moon palace, pues no pasan seguido y cuando lo hacen van llenos, y si es muy grande para recorrerlo todo caminando, la animación de la alberca fue excelente muy buen servicio del personal, los toboganes y el rio lento no era mucha atracción, pues solo eran 2 toboganes, la alberca de olas no funcionó todos los días y el rio lento era muy pequeño y angosto, muy poca variedad de alimentos en el área de alberca, tenías que irte a un restaurant si quería algo mas que un ceviche o guacamole o pollo, el mejor restaurant del hotel es el de comida libanesa incluyendo su servicio al cliente, el desayuno mucha variedad pero muy tardado el servicio de preparación de huevos, creo le faltaba atención al servicio de buffet pues se encontraba muy sucio y desordenado no había quien estuviera limpiando y acomodando, el restaurante japonés una decepción total no había platillos ricos ni bien servidos y nos enfermamos del estómago toda la familia, el servicio de alimentos y atención en la cafetería fue de los mejor, muy rico todo y la atención excelente, en el spa no tenían algunos servicios pues estaban descompuestos, por lo que pagamos por un servicio a medias, en la playa no había camastros, por lo que tenías que irte con tu toalla si quería estar un rato ahí y además estaba con mucho sargazo.     Christina and Alejandro at the Diamond pool are the absolute best. Most professional and considerate concierges on the resort. A lot of great people at the Grand but these two are the top of the list. If you are Diamond members and headed to the pool…look for these two…they will make your day.
