The casual favourites from Jerk Treehouse can also be brought to you by your personal butler throughout the day every day of the week.     We had the best honeymoon at Serenity! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our butler, Ethan, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the bath we came back to after snorkeling! The property was beautiful and the food was delicious.

    My wife and I stayed at serenity for the week of March 15th. We were celebrating our birthdays and anniversary. We had the most amazing time. This resort from top to bottom had the best service. We also enjoyed the food a lot. At first we were concerned about how there was only 1 restaurant. However, the selections and service left us wanting to eat every meal at the great house. The beach at paradise beach, especially the beach cabanas were one of our favorite parts. I would highly recommend when you book that you ensure you have the romance package as this provided us with enough activities but not too busy. A few of the staff certainly deserve individual shoutouts, as they would be the main reason we would return. First our butler, Keisha, she took care of our every need and ask. Although we didn’t ask for much because it was all taken care of in advance. Next would be Ray and Kevin at the pool and bar area. One day Ray came around the pool and cleaned every guests sunglasses, this was such a neat touch. Ray seems to be one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen and he knows just what to do. Kevin made us feel right at home and always knew when we needed something before we even knew. Kevin also enticed us to play some pool side games on Sunday. This is not something we would normally participate in but we were glad we did. Also at the bar was our friend Charles. Let me tell you if you want an espresso martini, ask Charles. The ladies at the restaurant were the most friendly servers we have ever had anywhere. Sabby’s smile was just completely contagious. Everytime we saw her we instantly felt joy. Ginel has to be the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Instantly she knew us by name and would seek us out every day to check on us even if we were not her table. One night they did a pool side dinner. Somehow they didn’t have enough tables and we were left without a table while we talking. Ginel noticed this and had an extra table setup with minutes. Jemma was probably the server we had the most over the course of the week. She really got to know us and made sure we had everything we wanted. On our last night Jemma found out my wife loved a certain dish, so she brought the chef over and asked the chef to make sure my wife could have it one last time before we left. We can’t wait to return as this resort has definitely made our short list of places we must return. Our only recommendation for the resort would be to add serenity guests to the coconut bays WiFi. We spent 2 full days at paradise beach and many hours at harmony’s beach. Because of that we would have liked to have WiFi available to make sure we had communication back home for our kids. Finally the staff made our trip so special, always greeted with a smile and called by our names which amazed me, thank you to Savvy, Netta, Ray, Delton and Nagoya, and there were so many more I know I am forgetting. Seriously without this whole entire team it may have just been a normal vacation but it wasn’t and we certainly will make a return visit to this beautiful resort. Until we meet again Serenity!     Great vacation - Service is absolutely superior. They couldn’t do enough for us…our butler was on top of all of our needs…. The excursions were unbelievably interesting and educational.. St.LuciA is amazingly beautiful and magical/ don’t hesitate to make a reservation!

When we arrived we were greeted by our Butler ( Kaisha ) who treated us like family and helped answered all our questions and concerns. The team at the Bar / Pool area were there to make our day as pleasant as possible and they did an exceptional job. We like to thank Kevin, Ray, Lee, Dion, Jonathon, Tyler, Nivea, Davien, Jessica, Rosie , Tracy, Patrice, Jemma, Natasha, Ginel and the team of chefs who made all the meals taste fabulous. Also, the resort manager, Mr. Christopher Chin who took the time to speak to us about the resort and listen to our suggestions and told us about the plans for the future expansions.
