The steakhouse was a wonderful warm experience. Gonzalo was a wonderful way to start our Miami vacation. He hit all the restaurants best dishes when we described what we liked. The Betsy is so comforting. Meeting Betsy and Rosa made the evening!!

The staff was very professional and the service was top notch. Our waiter was Franco and he was amazing from start to finish. My husband and I both had the Filet Mignon and the stuffed potato and everything was prepared perfectly. The popover rolls were to die for! We try to stay in the area several times a year and will make this fabulous dining experience a part of our future stays.
