This hotel tricks you with low rates because parking is NOT included for free. It’s 55$ a night for valet parking, there’s no other option. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking per night. Needless to say fool me once! Fair warning $55 a night for parking!

We stayed at this hotel for our well anticipated honeymoon trip the first week of July. The front desk, restaurant and Starbucks staff were fantastic. However, everything else was less than great. The valet service was slow, the cleaning staff didn’t come everyday and we had to ask for fresh towels. There was construction happening at night so we could hear them starting around 10/11pm(we were in the third floor). Our first room was humid and smelled of moldy wet carpet and the shower handles were broken. The second room was better however the shower drain had a weird backwash that arose when the water ran for a few minutes. If it weren’t a holiday weekend, we would have gone to a different hotel. June 8th I’ve stayed here many times for work. The staff were friendly at the hotel & at Starbucks on property as well. The room was clean & modern. There are plenty of activities and restaurants close by within walking distance. I would stay here again.

The front desk customer service was exceptional! The bathrooms are extremely small. Can’t get in the shower if the door is open. The rooms were a standard hotel. Nothing bad, just average. Great hotel experience. Ann at front desk is absolutely fabulous! She loves her job and it shows. It's so refreshing to deal with someone who's so efficient. Housekeeping does a very good job, and the lobby area, music and restaurant are lovely. I just wish breakfast was included. Can't wait for my next trip. thank you all.
