The room wasn’t cleaned well, the bed wasn’t made as per standard hotel manners, inner linen was missing. The deadbolt on the room had broken. The sink was backed up. They fixed the sink but the mess it created wasn’t cleaned for a whole day despite repeated calls to the service desk. There weren’t enough towels, we had to keep asking for them.…

They don’t provide hand soap or facial tissues. The shower curtain has mold and doesn’t cover the shower and the shower water leaks into the bathroom. Overall poorly maintained for the price charged.

Getting out of the garage was a nightmare as no one could get the damn gates to raise.
When I called to request my receipt, the customer service person was rude and transferred my call to the wrong extension. Needless to say, this will be the last time we ever stay at the Flamingo.

We were so excited to stay at the Flamingo, my grandparents had been patrons for years and told us it was the greatest hotel on the strip, but since they got too old to come to Vegas the Flamingo has changed. Casino was fine but the room was horrible. Dirty and dusty, garbage left underneath things from previous occupants, carpet was ripped, bathroom fan didn't work, shower leaked all over the floor, charged us an extra $20 to check in only 30 minutes early. I'm not one to write reviews but this was so incredibly disappointing, especially as people who have previously stayed at the Flamingo and had a good experience. It's sad to see an iconic place going downhill like this :(

Dirty room at check in. Leftover items in refrigerator. Stains on the walls. Holes in the shower tile. No support in switching rooms. Reached out to management, no resolve. I will never stay at this property nor recommend it. I will provide a more detailed review with an update.
