Rubbing shoulders with America’s biggest country music attractions, Hilton Nashville Downtown guarantees you’ll make the most of every moment you’re in town. With Walk of Fame Park as your front garden, leading you straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame, it’s also just a block from Ryman Auditorium and near Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars. You can kick off your day with breakfast at the hotel’s MarketStreet, before hitting the gym or taking in Nashville’s sights – or more importantly its sounds. And, whether you’re back for lunch, dinner, or just evening cocktails, you’ve got the striking atrium’s Symphony Café, The Palm Steakhouse, and the authentic Abruzzi tastes of its Italian restaurant, Il Mulino Trattoria, to pick from. Although, as this is an all-suite hotel, you may be tempted to just order room service instead.

Cat at the front desk went above and beyond, i could not have asked for better customer service. It’s truly a pleasure to stay at a hotel where customer service is put before anything else. I stay in a hotel for more than 180 days a year and I can say that the Hilton in Nashville is one of the best places to stay.

Cherlynne was extremely friendly and after a long day of traveling was a great check in experience. When our stay got extended due to weather the front desk team was very helpful. The location is great. We enjoyed the spacious room. My husband was very impressed by the size of the gym.

The mattresses were worn and dipping in the center. The hotel tried to make the dip by using a mattress topper but that doesn’t work. Very disappointed in the comfort of the room, the “city view” I was offered was nothing more than a view of roof top cement and a/c units on the building outside. Further disappointment was the realization there is no breakfast offered unless you choose room service. They have a ground up coffee cafe that serves Starbucks coffee and some food but for the price of the hotel, a continental breakfast should be included. There was a medical convention of sorts happening. They were set up in the lobby for breakfast. Read less

It ended up making a huge difference for me, since I was able to shower, nap and change before my event at 1pm. I just stayed one night, but I really appreciated the hotels amenities while I was here. Onsite barista, nice Italian restaurant as well. The hotel bar was nice and stayed open pretty late on a weeknight. I stayed in an Junior king suite, which was clean and updated. Read less
