Everything was great, we went for my daughter’s birthday. She was turning 18, and I had asked ahead of time if the room could be decorated for her birthday and they did an amazing job. My daughter was surprised and super excited! Will definitely be returning.

Great location to Times Square and subway lines!!! Amazing staff, friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Free bottles of water d access to refills was an added bonus! Breakfast was delightful and filled us up to start our day off right!! Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and was perfect for our stay! The air conditioning was the best we have had in a hotel which is saying a lot because New York was in the midst of a heat wave when we were there. The elevators were fast so we never had to wait long. The area was convenient to everything we wanted to do!

There was no body wash or handsoap in the Bathroom and despite me requesting housekeeping it was never replaced I was able to get a body wash from the front desk staff Allane who is truly an asset to your hotel because of his clear commitment to providing care and service to guests from moment he greeted me to my last day he showed genuine interest in my satisfaction and was always willing to help Go Allane!! Krystal and Tatiana were FANTASTIC as well! Krystal took care of my luggage with care and respect and also showed a great willingness to help. Tati was also great and finding solutions and introducing me to the IHG program. The hotel room is the reason for my 3/5 stars because the staff was fantastic. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling in the shower 🚿 and in the corners there is also a fault in the door of the shower stall that cause the floor outside to fill up with water that soaks the towel and leaves a damp odor. The a/c unit is loud and either keeps the room too cold or too hot. Housekeeping needs to have more attention to detail and forgot to put a pillow case on one of my pillows. Clean hotel and friendly staff. It is need of a renovation however, and space is extremely tight. It is very outdated and run down, and the bathroom in specific is very tight - plus water went everywhere when we took showers. Air conditioner worked okay. Next time I go to NYC, I will have to pick a nicer hotel.
