I give 5 stars because we had so much fun in the city the hotel is in the middle of everything the stuff is wonderful they helped us checking in earlier and gave us late check out and even took care of our stuffs after checking out for 4 hours. The breakfast is so good for a family trip the room was very small but we were in NYC

A little small room. They clean my room everyday and breakfast was good. I like it the is not fancy but they have good service. The was a guy every morning at breakfast called Manny . He is amazing. Location was really good everything near . But the only thing i did not like was all trash can infront of the entrance

Good location, just a couple of minutes walking to Metro station and walking distance to sightseeing attractions. Clean room. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast ok. Helpful staff. A special thank you to Tiffany at front desk who went extra mile to make us welcome and answered our questions.

This was a wonderful hotel at a great location! The staff is friendly, the rooms were very clean and everything was very impressive! There is a breakfast option as well. We recommend it as an option for any tourists visiting the city of New York.

We were so relieved that there was AC in the room! The revolving door in the lobby needs fixed or let people walk through the side door. We got yelled at once for pushing on it by the front desk. Sometimes you have no choice! It doesn’t always open! Thanks for letting us store our luggage before check in!
