The city's shops, restaurants and stylish bars are all around you at the Leonardo City Tower Hotel, but it may be hard to drag yourself away from the pool terrace with its skyline views. Unless of course, you're off to the spa for a bit of pampering. The staff of this rather chic hotel are known for their warm, friendly smiles – enjoy a chat over a delicious café hafuch, the local milky coffee.

Very good service, especially from Arnel! If you’re ever near you should definitely pay a visit. Food is amazing as well. We have tried a lot of restaurants and places around the city and we will definitely come back here. We ordered burgers and they were amazing! Again, ask for Arnel! His the best.

I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night
The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service. I would surely come here again.

Amazing service at the bar! Our server Arnel went above and beyond. He was super friendly, made pleasant conversation and gave us some great dish/drink recommendations to try!
My partner and I hugely recommend visiting Leonardo and asking for Arnel. Thank you so much!

Regardless of the current situation that is happening in Israel, my review of my stay at this hotel will remain the same. I traveled to Israel last week for my birthday with a friend and stayed at this hotel. The only perk to this hotel is that it's next to the train station and near the Diamond District. The rooms that are advertised are not the rooms that you will receive. The hallways were dark, dingy and hot. The Deluxe Twin Bed room that we book was just a regular room with two twin beds pushed together. Some hotels think by placing caulking over mold that it will suppress the problem. It certainly will not. The bathroom was covered with mold, broken tiles and no ventilation for the excess steam. If I'm able to post pictures of room 906, I would. One of the light fixtures in the room did not work and the coffee pot had mold inside of it. There was no bucket available get ice from the 12th floor. Breakfast is not served until 7am, so if your tour begins at 7am, you'll probably waste money paying for breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Israel as usual and will visit again; however, I will not choose this hotel for my stay.

For check in or out it takes long time. Hotel is in rundown condition. Only good is it's next to Diamond Exchange.
