Clean, safe, modern

My room was very clean and modern, which isn't always the case with Vegas hotels. Support staff was pleasant and helpful. Desk staff were brusk and cold. I don't need gushing excitement, but I wish I didn't walk away feeling as if I was a burden.
I would stay there again.
Perfect. Vegas stay

Checkin was seamless, room was beautiful - clean- terrific view from floor 14.
You cannot beat the location, near everything yet out of the middle craziness.
We paid around $110 which included the resort fee.
The casino was nice and we loved walking right over the boulevard to NYNY everything on that side.
Only 10 minutes to airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, especially considering the price I paid—over $1500 for the stay. Here are the major issues I encountered:
Unwelcoming Reception Staff
From the moment I arrived, I had multiple interactions with the front desk team that left me feeling anything but welcomed. There was a noticeable lack of hospitality and warmth, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. At a hotel of this caliber, you expect a basic level of customer service and friendliness—this was definitely missing.
Elevator Chaos
The elevators were extremely busy at all hours. It took an unreasonably long time to get to and from the room. This became frustrating quickly, especially when trying to make it to plans on time or when simply trying to return after a long day out.
Long Waits to Speak to Reception
Any time I needed assistance from the front desk, I had to wait in a long line. It seems they are understaffed or not well organized. It shouldn't be this hard to speak to someone at reception.
Safe Box Incident – Poor Communication and Rude Service
One of the most frustrating experiences happened when the safe box in our room broke down for no reason. I had to wait in the reception line again, even though I was already running late for a meeting with a friend. After finally reaching the front desk, I was told that security would be sent to my room. I waited over an hour—no one showed up. I called the front desk and the receptionist rudely told me it wasn’t her problem and abruptly transferred me to security. When I spoke to security, they told me the request had never even been passed on to them. This highlights a complete breakdown in communication and poor internal management.
Eventually, someone did arrive, but he was unable to fix the issue and said I’d need to wait another hour for an engineer. At this point, I was already two hours behind schedule. I had to leave for my plans, taking all my cash and important documents with me, which left me feeling unsafe and stressed the entire evening.
Checkout Experience – Unreasonable and Inflexible
On the day of checkout, my wife was not feeling well due to a stomach ache. I went to the front desk to kindly request a one-hour late checkout so she could rest a bit longer. The receptionist quickly declined, saying it was a “busy day.” When I asked what other options I had, she offered to let us stay in the same room for $750. That’s right—$750 for just a couple of extra hours. It made no sense. If the room was already available and not booked, why couldn’t a simple one-hour extension be granted out of goodwill, especially after we had already spent so much money at the hotel? This lack of flexibility and empathy left a very bad impression.
Final Thoughts
This hotel is clearly struggling with poor management, inadequate staff training, and a lack of basic customer service values. For the amount of money we spent, I expected a much higher level of hospitality, communication, and service. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it.
I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not be returning.

Gross

The room was dirty and the staff was not helpful. There was a used contact on headboard and the staff refused to find me a new room and just offered to pick it off.
I also booked a king and got two queens, which they couldn’t fix and offered no compensation.
