We were notified by email that our original reservation at Caesar’s Palace was offered a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room at Nobu Hotel. We were initially skeptical after reading a few reviews stating that the rooms at Nobu were rather small, and one review stating there were low ceilings. My husband is quite tall and we weren’t sure if the room would accommodate his height. We asked if we could see the room before making a decision, and once we did, we were more than pleased. The room was lovely! It had high ceilings, was very spacious, quiet, and very clean!! We arrived much earlier than the normal 4 pm check-in time, and were allowed to check- in immediately. Each morning free coffee and hot tea was available in the lobby from 7am until 10am. Starting at 10am until 10 pm complimentary iced tea and iced lemon water was available. Also, each day between 3:40 and 4:30 pm complimentary cocktails were served in the lobby. The elevators were amazing…never had to wait more than a minute, and the check-in and check-out process was fast and easy!! Every member of the Nobu staff was friendly, polite, and more than accommodating. Would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it!! Read less

My stay at the NOBU hotel was excellent. The checkout process in and out was fast and quick, great customer service. The room was nice, we enjoyed the amenities offered and the complimentary bottle of champagne for the birthday occasion. Room was clean and privacy. Will definitely go back there for a stay.

Stayed at Nobu hotel on 4th of July weekend to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and it was well worth it. Giselle checked me in on the 2nd floor quickly, which to my surprise was not crowded and got me a delicious welcome drink. She let me know that there is an open bar on that floor in the afternoon so you don’t have to hit the casino to get some drinks and they are complimentary for Nobu hotel guests. The room was spacious, clean, and modern you can order food from the restaurant straight to your room which came in clutch. My girlfriend was also welcomed with champagne on ice to start the weekend which was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel in the center of the strip was also extremely convenient so everything we did was never too far. Honestly the staff is great it’s intimate which allows for expedient better service because they can focus on their guests without getting overwhelmed even on a busy weekend as opposed to other hotels on the strip. It is our new favorite. Will look to book more stays soon. Read less

1. First room 7408 had in proximity a very noisy technical room. We asked to change it. Second room 7415, we found the sheets on the floor, room not cleaned. We asked again for a new one. 3rd room, 7808 had in front a big noisy AC machine or something. The windows are very low sound proof quality...we said that we will use our earplugs and… Read more

No water at all one morning. Next night, no hot water for almost 24 hours. Requested (at 6:30am) to have early housekeeping around 9am or 10am. Room wasn't serviced until 1:30pm. It's as if I asked for late service instead of early. Other rooms were serviced. I was hoping to shower during my lunch break but I still had no hot water. I think I got… Read more

I think I got one night's resort fee waived for my troubles. Every day had something majorly absent. I have always enjoyed Caesars but I can't recommend Nobu. Read less
