Beautiful place! Better than expected - rooms renovated - were lovely. Very friendly service, especially helpful were Sharon (front desk manager) and Guy in the Club lounge. The Shabbat dinner buffet was amazing - variety, colorful, tasty, fresh- only wish they had sushi :) Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Enjoyed the Sheraton lounge very much - Quality & Service. Marry Ann was fantastic in the way that she served helped smiled and treated us and all guests. Other hotel services are very good - Pool house keeping etc The Manara Restaurant is one of the best Kosher (and probably Non Kosher ) restaurant in Israel.

This hotel is in a great location. Across the street from the beach, and also just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping in the city. Hotel features a very nice roof top pool for daytime use. Very large welcoming lobby with nice seating areas, as well as long work stations with guests wanting to do some work without having to stay in their rooms. Nice Illy coffee cafe/bar in lobby as well. The front desk staff are typical Israeli hospitality, they do their jobs and are efficient, but do not expect anyone to go out of their way to assist if you have any issues during your Stay. Appears more and more of their rooms are being renovated to very nice and modern styles with comfortable beds, nice seating areas and beautiful marble bathrooms/showers. The air conditioning seems to be a controlled by hotel in the evening making it a little uncomfortable for guests who prefer to keep their rooms extra cool at all times (especially when sleeping). All of the rooms have balconies for standing, but too small to sit outside and enjoy. Definitely a very nice hotel and would highly recommend for Tel Aviv visitors. Read less
