Standard Guest Rooms are 325-350 sq ft with 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.
Studio Apartments are 410 sq ft and have a granite kitchenette with either 1 queen-size bed, 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments are 450-650 sq ft and have a kitchenette, living room, separate bedroom, 2 flat-screen TVs, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

We chose the hotel for its location close to Times Square and Broadway. It also has excellent transport links. We were very pleased with the size of our room and found the kitchen very helpful. Beyond that we would like to thank David and Louis in their attitude and helpfulness made the stay more comfortable. All requests were easily accommodated.
House keeping maintained our room to a high standard and they were always patient even when we had a later stay in the room.
This was the third hotel in three weeks and we found it outclassed the other two.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, from helping with bags, providing travel adaptors, extra pillows, giving recommendations and organising transport etc. Every staff member we interacted with was so lovely but the two that made my mum and I’s trip were Luis and David.
The hotel is in a superb location, everything is walking distance - 5 mins to Grand Central, 15 mins to 5th Ave, 20 to Broadway / Times Square & 30 mins to Madison Square Garden / Penn Station.

The beds are comfortable. The linens are nice and the toiletries are actually really nice. The decor is lovely and inviting.
The staff here are phenomenal, super helpful and kind. It feels like an oasis in a busy world. The rooftop bar is very cool, a great location to look out over the city and have delicious drinks. Prepare to spend, but it is a New York City rooftop bar.
The only complaint that I have is that we were in connecting rooms 213 and 214, which were great and spacious rooms, but noisy from the street. Maybe the other side is quieter? Certainly being up higher would be smart.
