We arrived after a long day of travel and we booked here for the ease and level of quality expected of a high class hotel. We were informed when we arrived it was valet only, we don't like others handling our vehicle, no parking was available otherwise and the rec was "street parking, but we get a lot of break ins". So we jumped through another hoop on arrival in top of our room fee.
We ate at the restaurant and spoke with the chef and the bar waitress about celiac disease, but I still had a severe reaction and got sick that night. Just another place not taking a disability seriously.
We came here partially for the late check out, but were promptly woken up at 7AM by a jackhammer and construction literally outside our balcony and couldn't go back to sleep so we check out at 9am rather than 12, specially since we didn't trust the kitchen anymore.
Overall, I would not recommend or stay here again if you expect the level of class and service from a high level hotel.
The Christmas decor was the only plus.

Virgin Hotel was everything!! The ambiance. The decor. The food and beverages. The conference rooms. All superb!! Greg was an entire vibe as well. Front desk was also extremely helpful and made my stay more than pleasurable. Will definitely visit again.

Room was great, comfortable and loved the layout of the shower and vanity/dressing area.
Very hip, inviting area - we visited the Common Club everyday of our stay - loved the dual indoor and outdoor seating. Gym was well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Room layout unique and superior! Great shower. Employees great personalities and very helpful, pool bar very cool, great location in midtown, walk to bars restaurants but far enough away from Broadway and its craziness. Easy in and out, beautifully decorated for Christmas, modern decor.

The service was amazing. The atmosphere and overall genuine friendliness of the staff was fantastic. The location was great, and the room was very nice. I had an overall great stay at Virgin Nashville. I would recommend it to anyone. A very cool and fun spot with genuine service. Great for business or leisure in my onion.
