    Where is it

    In Nashville's Music Row area, a short walk to local restaurants, bars, nightlife and attractions. Transfer time from Nashville International Airport: 15 minutes.

    Hotel information

    262 rooms, all of which are two-chambered and divided in to two separate areas - a dressing room and a bedroom - by sliding privacy doors. With motion activated lighting, iconic lighted make-up mirror with vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and hand-held showerhead and custom bath products, yoga mats, air-conditioning, flat-screen smart HDTV which pairs with your device, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board.

    Chambers have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

    Chamber City View are the same as standard Chambers, but boast a view over Nashville's bustling city streets.

    Commons Club (bar and kitchen serving American classics, open for all-day dining, with regular live music). The Pool Club (rooftop bar with live evening music). The Late Great (intimate late night bar). Funny Library (coffee shop with light bites). Room service*.

    Best service, comfiest rooms...can't rave enough about this hotel. We took refuge there during tornadoes/ storms, and the team was so compassionate, flexible and empathetic. Added bonus - no pet fees, so even friendly to our furry friends!

    The best hotel downtown Nashville. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Have stayed here many times and always feel welcomed and safe. The oysters are to die for and the drink specials are always delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming in a Nashville kind of way.

    I loved how eclectic the hotel was overall. Close enough to the action but far enough away for quiet. The window seat in my room was my favorite place in the hotel, at night it was beautiful. I liked the hardwood floors, but the rugs were a bit frayed and had spots on them. The hotel staff was helpful. I found it a bit difficult to navigate the… Read more

I liked the hardwood floors, but the rugs were a bit frayed and had spots on them. The hotel staff was helpful. I found it a bit difficult to navigate the remote trying to see restaurant options, not very intuitive. Overall I would stay again at Virgin Hotels, here or in other cities. Read less

    Wonderful experience with very friendly and helpful staff. Rob in particular was great at offering recommendations and is extremely professional. Loved my stay here and will definitely come back. The location is central and convenient

    Very friendly and welcoming staff. We found the room sterile and uncomfortable (hard sitting couch, no easy chairs) and the bathroom setup did not allow for privacy. The sensor lights were also annoying and super bright. The bed was comfortable. The food at the Pool Club was excellent. Overall, happy with our stay.
