1,590 rooms on 27 floors in 1 building with 12 lifts. All with air-conditioning, cable TV, kettle, iron and board, and hairdryer. Chelsea Rooms are 275 sq ft and have 1 queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Studios with Kitchenette are 325 sq ft and have a full-sized fridge, stove and microwave, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

This hotel is amazing - perfect location, very clean, extremely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Two small but adequate pools and a beautiful rooftop patio view! Really good breakfast options too! So close to downtown, subway, etc.

The hotel room needs serious updating. The shower floor was coming apart. Construction started at 8am on Sunday morning the next day without any notice. Would not recommend staying here.

The hotel itself is in a very convenient location to many attractions in Toronto, via the TTC. The room we were in was a little dated, and the elevator arrangement s are a little strange… if you need to use the Green Elevators, you will understand what I mean. The room never got as cool as I would have liked, and the construction noise outside seemed to start earlier each day, and the sealing around the windows didn’t keep it out. Perhaps ask for a room looking out on Gerrard or towards Bay Street would be quieter. Adult pool and gym is great, and the view from the deck is great - definitely worth the confusing path to get there… I’m hoping my next visit I will get an updated room… Read less

The room was more than enough for me, since I was travelling solo. The bed was comfy, with plenty of pillows (a bit more soft than i'd like, but still good quality). The room was more than enough for me, since I was travelling solo. The bed was comfy, with plenty of pillows (a bit more soft than i'd like, but still good quality). There were some stains in the floor and "starface" stickers that the last guest probably left behind on the carpet. The bathroom was a bit small. If you're in the toilet, you'll probably get wet if someone else is showering and you'll block the access to the sink. They offer shampoo/body wash, conditioner, a small bottle of lotion and soap, and a blowdried installed in the wall. A bit of noise leaked through the walls, especially children. The lobby was always very noisy. It's full of people at all times of day, and I had to wait in line with 3 people ahead of me for check-in. I checked-out very early so there wasn't anyone yet, but make sure to schedule some time for waiting in line if leaving after 8am. I didn't eat in the restaurant in the hotel, but it was always full in the morning when I walked past it. The location is incredible. You can visit all of the city in easily accessible metro and streetcars, or by foot. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Overall, it was a positive experience, and very fair for the price. Read less
