We were very happy with our stay and will return again. A lovely hotel and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. A lovely room and a comfortable home away from home. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed at this hotel in 2022, and upon checking in there was a beer can left by the bed in our room. The bathroom was also filthy…stained towels, hair in the sink and bathtub drain. We then called room service, to which they never came. The hallway to our room also had beer cans laying around and the strong aroma of cigarettes (I am extremely asthmatic) and so many guests were smoking on the balcony, mind you the hotel claims they are non-smoking. Not only this, but loud music at all hours of the night and yelling/partying. After our horrendous experience we spoke to Larissa (guest experience specialist). Who tried to rectify the situation by offering us a free stay next time we find ourselves in Toronto. I spoke to Jessica who took over Larissa’s position, and she directed me to reservations. Once I had explained the situation, I was under the impression that our stay would be covered as promised. But once the reservation was made, Jessica informed me that she could not take care of our stay and could offer us breakfast instead. This was handled so horribly and by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. I was willing to give the hotel another try to rectify our previous experience but made it even worse. I am so highly disappointed in the “customer service” they provide. Read less
