    Pros: Great location, comfortable room, good breakfast, responsive staff. Cons: All four of the USB ports in the room were off-centre in the holes so nothing could be plugged in. Despite being on time for check-in, the first room we were given had a view of concrete walls (which would, I thought, go to a late-arriving guest).

    This is an absolutely standard in every way hotel. Except for the great fact that the windows are able to open, a small bit but every bit counts!     This is an absolutely standard in every way hotel. Except for the great fact that the windows are able to open, a small bit but every bit counts! And the fact that I had an issue and the evening manager (at about ten pm) was on it in an instant providing innovative solutions that showed they are completely customer focused. Much better management response then the nearby Kimpton. The AC was fine but not great. The internet was fine. The valet parking was fine. The check in was fast and professional. Check out was easy. The room was clean. On the negative side—the rooms did not get cold…just passable…the view is non-existent—a wall across a narrow (maybe 12-14 foot) courtyard. The rug was extremely tired but the kind of rug that is easy to clean and it felt clean. Read less

    Recently refurbished comfortable modern motif in rooms and public areas. Professional, welcoming staff. Excellent free breakfast buffet. Spacious room. Well designed accessible bathroom with roll-in shower. However, bathroom towels were wearing thin. Easy, flat walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

    The staffs lack of hospitality. They are rude to customers. One of the staffs in the lobby are not child friendly rudely saying to my kid not to touch one of the fake flowers in the lobby.     The staffs lack of hospitality. They are rude to customers. One of the staffs in the lobby are not child friendly rudely saying to my kid not to touch one of the fake flowers in the lobby. Then when i took the trolley one staff said impolitely return it. There is this guy too in front desk at january 22, around 9pm, where in we are booked on the 3rd day and the key to room was not working, and said that the way to fix it is to show the ID of the one who booked, we are tired whole day and can’t get to the room coz the one who booked is not with us and will arrive after some time. He did not try to help or offer what alternative to verify and just let you wait. They have poor social skills. I know they follow rules for security but they approach it in unprofessional and non solution orienter manner. Read less

    Horrible service food was ok place was subpar. Would check out other places for the same rate even pay a bit more for something nicer. my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this establishment lacked basic hospitality standards. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with a disorganized front desk and staff who appeared uninterested in assisting guests. The room itself was subpar. It had a stale odor, the carpet was visibly stained, and the bathroom was in dire need of maintenance. There was mold in the shower, and the faucet dripped incessantly, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. Additionally, the bed linens were questionable, with suspicious stains and an uncomfortable mattress that creaked loudly with every movement. The final straw was the staff’s indifference to my concerns. When I mentioned the issues at checkout, I was met with shrugs and a dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return. I don’t write many reviews also the elevator did not work Read less
