Excellent hotel, clean, accessible to everything, very nice family pool. Large rooms, balcony with a nice view, the only thing I would change is the carpet. I had a great time with my family and the parks are close to the hotel. The hotel is super comfortable and I recommend it 100%

We stayed here for 2 weeks, while visiting the theme parks, we were on the 11th Floor, with a good view. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, and clean, but was beginning to show its age. The pirate ship pool was great, parking was good too. I find it very unfortunate I have to write this review. I have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years. I recommend it to other families in my cheer gym. We checked in on Friday evening with a toddler and family/friends. We saw a dead German roach in the bathroom. We let it go thinking that meant it had been treated. Within the next hour we saw MULTIPLE. Crawling on the walls, into the carpet where it was pulled up. My toddler was in a panic as we packed our bags up quickly in hopes none had crawled into our luggage. I went down to request a new room. It was late, we had a meet time of 7am the next morning for a huge competition, so we had a 10 year old trying to sleep in the backseat of a car. My high school senior sitting in the car waiting. My toddler was crying about wanting to go home after she spotted one crawling on the wall next to her. An HOUR later, we had a new room for the night and had to come back in the morning to find a solution for our next night. Which I did, but the manager was not in yet so I had to come back again. In total, we took 5 trips to the front desk and we always heard “come back and we will have a solution” we had left a new bathing suit in the first room, they gave us a key to get it, the key didn’t work so they asked us to come back down and get a new one. We eventually got another new room for our second night and moved our bags, again. Every employee we dealt with tried to help us, they were friendly but they were left without support or options. The GM was just off and not in. The rooms were overbooked so they couldn’t offer a real solution, we offered to move into smaller rooms even, no partner property and Orlando was essentially fully booked. The staff was not equipped. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time we were making trips to the front worrying about when and how we were switching rooms again. There is no way our room was cleaned and they did not see those roaches. At the end of our visit they offered a partial refund, after my husband went to the lobby and mentioned calling the health department. Things happen but the way this was handled by upper management was terrible. Support your employees, clean your rooms up to par, don’t overbook, and provide real solutions other than moving us twice and requiring hours in the lobby. The roaches were disgusting, the time after was frustrating and exhausting. It was building 1, the newer room seemed to not have issues. Read less

The door to building two was the worst. I was unable to enter the building several times. I contacted the front office for assistance. I had to wait until someone else was leaving the building to get to my room. Need a front office in all building so when a person needs assistance they do not need to walk back to the other building.
