The Sufari water park is an attraction in it’s own right, complete with water slides and a lazy river, and there's also a huge indoor entertainment centre with arcade games and glow in the dark mini golf, the kids won’t know where to start! Shout out to Shaunte at the Surfari Water park. She was great! Greeted us with a smile and very attentive. She kept checking in on us to make sure all was good. Even kept us up to speed with the incoming weather. Due to the rain and storm She made sure we got our food quickly.

Shaunte at the pool side in the Surfari water park was amazing. She was very attentive, friendly and always with a smile. We stayed in the Cabana 11 and the moment we walked in she was there to greet us. Kept us informed with the weather alerts and madr sure our food came out quickly.

Ralphy at the resort was super helpful and very friendly thank you. Loved this resort and nice big clean apartment. Kids loved the pool too. Would come again Their shuttle service was really good to the parks although there was one grumpy driver with slightly dodgy driving skills but it did make us laugh a little.

Service at the Surfari Water Park Longboard Grill was great. The service provided by Shaunte was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable on all things in the menu. Great experience that will keep us coming back for more.

The resort was very nice, plenty of amenities. Staff was impeccable. Want to give a special shout out to Soby!!!!! A beautiful, gracious being. We need more people in the word like her. Would definitely go back and stay when we visit Orlando again!!
