The buildings are far apart and there is a golf cart “shuttle” between buildings but you can wait over half an hour for a shuttle. They promise one every half hour which is too infrequent and they still can’t do that. Don’t try to call the front desk or desk services, they won’t answer. Also if you stay at the Terraces building there is seldom someone at the front desk so that’s no help. Did I mention I waited one hour to check in? I asked the person at the front desk if he could call someone.to help him and he said no. 1 hour I waited for him to check in one family ahead of me. He was nice but he was clearly in over his head.
Basically without a car this place is terrible. The worst though is the lack of service.
My mind is blown that they have a business.
Also - there is a nightly resort fee they don’t tell you about ahead of time

Flow rider grove resort

We did the flow rider at the grove resort with Jax. He was awesome with explaining to our 7 year old who picked it up quickly ! Her and my husband had so much fun. They did the 30 minutes shared time with another person and had lots of turns to pick it up ! Thanks Jax!

We travel here every year with our family and love this place. This last time we stayed the kiddos and my husband did the flowrider. It was a great experience! Huge shout out to Eric and Jax who did a great job teaching and making the experience fun!
