    On a golden beach, 4 miles east of Ocho Rios. Transfer time from Montego Bay airport: 2 hours 10 minutes.

    150 ocean-facing suites on up to 3 floors in 7 buildings. All with air-conditioning, LCD flat screen TV, iPod docking station, tea/coffee maker, personalised mini-bar, safe, iron and board, nightly turndown service, bathrobes and hairdryer. Deluxe Garden Suites with sliding doors lead to a private balcony and large master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

    Ocean Suites have sea views from a furnished balcony, a spacious master bedroom with 1 king-size bed and large walk-in showers, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

    Beachfront Suites are located near the Bella Vista and Palazzina Restaurants, and have a spacious master bedroom with living area, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

    Premier Ocean Suites have a balcony, expansive sea views, living area, and a spacious master bedroom 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults.

    Palazzina Restaurant (Bistro Fare, buffet breakfast and lunch, à la carte for dinner - reservation required), Beach Grill & Bella Vista (grilled specialities for lunch at the Beach Grill and authentic Asian dishes for dinner at Bella Vista), Casanova (traditional cuisine fused with Caribbean and Jamaican ingredients, dinner, reservation required). Sunset Beach Grill (buffet-style lunch of casual fare, including fresh-grilled burgers, French fries, and nachos). Java Cafe (pastries and caffeinated beverages).     The genesis of this trip was that we'd made three trips to Jamaica with our teen/then young 20s daughters in 2018, 2023 and 2024. Now it was time for my wife and I to do a week for ourselves. This was our 6th stay on the island. We are in our early 50s. And after months of research on location and type of resort, I picked Sans Souci. We'd never been to Ocho Rios (Negril, MoBay and Falmouth on priors) and we wanted couples only. Well, after a few days, this stay shot to the top for us. I read a comment on Facebook that this resort is not for couples looking for love, but ones in love - or something like that. True observation. I am sorta bored by the technical, bullet point reviews these days that gets into the quality of forks and knives - sorry if that is your thing. I will say this: if you are a couple looking for solace, vibe, great food and drinks, and a wonderful staff who have mastered the all-inclusive experience - book it. Wonderful grounds, but there are a lot of steps. One technical note: martini bar is just the coolest way to start dinner. And, as for the nude side: we are not hardcore nudists, but we do like spending an hour or two in the buff, especially in the water. My wife never felt more comfortable in a nude environment. Great experience there. We did spend a week at Grand Lido Braco in 2007, before it switched to a different type of resort. That said, the Sunset Beach at Sans Souci is almost like a second, mini resort. If you are on the fence because of the nude beach, jump over. Excellent experience. Book it.     wonderful staff, excellent food and tremendous facility (despite hot water failure, which was handled quickly). Great for couples like us, no small children, no 'singles scene'. very relaxing. Well maintained facilities with a nice sandy beach. Not crowded even when near capacity.

    This was quite an experience. Perfect for a spring renewal of the spirit. Stone pathways winding through lush gardens with tall palms, cactus and flowers...with views here and there of the ocean. The old style architecture captivated the imagination, as well. Lovely beaches in coves, waves rolling in...peaceful...welcoming... The food...fresh fish… Read more

The food...fresh fish daily...grilled, sautéed, prepared in authentic Jamaican dishes. Do NOT miss the GALA. Guests seated on the impeccably manicured lawn, in the evening, surrounded by tables of amazing food being prepared at the moment, decorate3d with ice sculptures and flowers.     Another great trip to CSS, of course never long enough. Will be back in 2026. The food was great. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. And the people we have meet over the years who come back year after year have become life longs friends (almost family).

    The grounds were lush, property well maintained, staff excellent and food delicious. Our first visit thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We met several guest who stayed there many years . We will return.
