A Hollywood hangout with noteworthy neighbours, this LA bolthole’s just a block from the theme park heaven of Universal Studios, and just a subway trip from the star-studded sidewalk of Hollywood Boulevard. That hasn’t stopped Hilton Los Angeles Universal City coming up with a few extra treats of its own though – our favourite being FIVE on the Hill, where you can enjoy signature dishes and freshly-curated cocktails with Hollywood Hills in the background. Most make a beeline straight for Universal Studios – and, despite it being just around the corner, there’s a complimentary shuttle to save you walking (great for hot days!). And, while you’re there, you can also take in a movie, grab cocktails or craft beers, hit big-name shops, and dine at celeb-chef eateries in the neon lustre of Universal CityWalk.

Amazing hotel and customer service! Our room was very clean & huge and didn’t feel cramped with 4 adults sharing. Shop on site very expensive. Super close to Universal - a few mins walk. Would definitely stay again for a trip to Universal studios.
Great hotel, easily walkable to Universal.

We stayed here for 1 night on Halloween to visit the Halloween Horror Nights at Universal.
Valet parking was easy and straightforward. We were greeted by really helpful and friendly staff, as well as there being no problem with checking in early. We had booked a corner room which had a lovely view and was huge! The bed was super comfortable and the room was well equipped.
We used to shuttle bus service to get to Universal although quickly realised it was totally walkable, although slightly confusing as to where to go on the walk back late at night but we worked it out!
When we checked out we were able to leave our luggage and car so we could return to Universal the following day.
All in all, although we were only there for 1 night, we would definitely stay again. This hotel is perfect for Universal which is easily walkable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I am sure we will return!

Our stay here at the Hilton Universal was great. The service was excellent. Comfortable, clean room. We could easily walk to Universal and the city walk shopping/dining area. It was clearly marked, but there is also a convenient shuttle. Would recommend and stay here again!
Super friendly service!

We had a fabulous stay for our family vacation at Universal Studios Hollywood! The location so convenient with a shuttle service or super short walk to the park. The staff was very friendly and kind! Special thanks to Christina who made us all especially welcome!
