Marina Table Mountain Rooms are located on the first 3 floors offering views of Table Mountain, with either 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Premier Marina Table Mountain Rooms are located on the fourth and fifth floors, with unobstructed views of Table Mountain from the large balcony, with either 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size, beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Island Superior Rooms are located on one of the resorts islands overlooking the marina waterways, with 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

One Bedroom Marina Mountain Suites offer uninhibited views of Table Mountain, featuring a separate lounge and dining area, bathroom with oversized bath and separate rain shower, and bedroom with walk-in closet and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One Bedroom Island Suites are located on one of the resorts island overlooking the waterways, with separate lounge and dining area, and bedroom with king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One Bedroom Island Grand Suites are the same as One Bedroom Island Suites, with the addition of a spacious kitchen.

One Bedroom Marina Mountain Grand Suites offer uninhibited views of Table Mountain, an expansive lounge and dining room, separate 'his' and 'her' bathrooms, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. 

Two Bedroom Marina Family Suites are located on the fourth and fifth floors with a spacious lounge and dining area that opens onto the balcony featuring Table Mountain views, and two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. One bedroom has 1 king-size bed, and the other has 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Table Mountain Suites include a personal gym, 24-hour butler service, large entertainment area and dining room, oversized bath tub and separate rain shower, large terrace with views of the mountain, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. 

Presidential Suites feature views of Table Mountain and the waterfront from the terrace, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment area and dining room, personal gym, 24--hour butler service, and two bedrooms, each with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

I had the worst customer experience with AVIWE MOSALA, the Reservations Manager. Her arrogance and unwillingness to address the reservations issue were unacceptable. Thanks to Yazeed and his team for their efforts, but I will not be returning or using this brand again!

We just spent 4 nights at The One&Only and we didn’t want to leave. We’ve stayed at nice hotels before but this one far exceeded our expectations. The facility and rooms are what you would expect for a 5-star but the service was far above anything we’ve had in a hotel. The staff were genuinely engaged with all the guests, we were greeted with a smile from everyone and they all made sure we were happy and not in need of anything. We showed up for breakfast 20 minutes before they opened (without realizing it) and nothing was said except “we are sorry for not being ready” ! We are the ones that should be apologizing. The breakfast was spectacular, there wasn’t anything that was not available and my poached eggs were cooked perfectly every day. The rooms were large and comfortable, after we figured out how to work all of the lights! The bartenders, specifically Alton and his co-worker, (we didn’t get the young man’s name but he made a great whiskey sour!) took care of us each evening while we had drinks at the bar - wonderful service! The location is great, Table Mountain as a back drop and right near the waterfront, we also walked to the Bo Kaap neighborhood. A great place to stay, highly recommend. Read less

I was greeted by the sound of the piano and friendly faces, direct to my seat, with a view of Table Mountain and the water. The server Ashley made us feel at home and catered to us perfectly. His recommendations were much to my liking and his kind manner very much welcomed. We are definitely to return for more of such great service. Well done!
