We have stayed here 3 times before and this time was same as our previous visits. Nice comfortable hotel, good size rooms and bathroom with excellent showers and decent size bath towels. Dark corridors - tired rooms made it an ok hotel. Staff were good in general. Hotel in great location for the waterfront area.

Commodore, The Best Breakfast in Cape Town. Great experience and fantastic Staff. Short stay but definitely worth it and on my list of hotels I'll add to my frequent use list.

Nice to stay at this hotel again so near to the V & A Waterfront. A lovely breakfast buffet every day, great bar and lounge area.

We returned to the Commodore after staying there in 2023. As ever the staff and hotel were very good. The hotel is very well situated to the V&A waterfront and parking is free, however it is so noisy outside. 4am staff are talking outside or the sound of delivery trucks. We moved rooms to one overlooking the courtyard which was just as bad at 6am… Read more
