My friend and I stayed here last week for a couple of nights whilst visiting family in the area. This hotel is stunning. We had a fabulous room, small kitchen area, fab breakfast, lovely pool, and the views are amazing. I have since travelled on to Mauritius, and despite the hype, Hermanus is miles better. An amazing hotel in a stunning location with lots of shops and restaurants in your doorstep. The accommodation is excellent with comfortable beds and clean apartments. The pool area is lovely and the complementary tea and scones are a lovely touch.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Mossel Bay. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was massive with full kitchen and sitting area and balcony with hot tub. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good What makes this pplace special is the front desk staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and honest. We inadvertently left our passports, cash and various credit cards in the safe when we left. They contacted us to advise us however by that time we were several hours away. They arranged to store them in their hotel safe for us and we collected them on our return for a second stay. The location of the hotel is excellent and we woudl have no hesitation in staying here again if we return to Hermanus.

The staff on reception were brilliant and helped us organise a whale watching trip. Breakfast was good if a little slow at times. Would recommend this hotel and plan to return.
