The hotel was fantastic, amazing harbour views, rooms nice, a little bit dated, the food was so good and the staff very professional and helpful, especially Maria, who was outstanding. Great location and close walk to train and buses. Will definately stay again on our next visit to HK

Elma and candy were very kind and helpful! The food in the top restaurant was really good we had a lovely steak. Rooms are nice but do need a refresh! Overall good experience would come again. Gym was good but could be bigger. Next time I’d like to use the pool!

nice staff helped us for storing our cake actively. she help us for checking in when we queue in wrong place. she also suggested us a nice place in 42f for enjoying a night view of harbour. giving details of time of 42f in case we missing out of opportunity. she also very nice on congrat us for birthday.

Worth staying there even just for the rooftop view! Maria was an absolute star on reception on checkout. Proactively gave me recommendation to get bus instead of my intended train back to the airport - saving half the $ and avoiding stairs with my luggage - bus ride was great, thanks Maria!
