We had a great experience on our vacation. The hotel provided excellent service, a fantastic location, and a variety of food options. We definitely recommend spending a holiday here. The room was comfortable and convenient, with fully equipped facilities. Betty, the receptionist was very friendly and provided customer service.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. All the staff were very eager to please. Our bed was comfortable, the A/C worked like a charm and the guys at the front desk, Golf and Erik were on top of it. All in all it is a very good value. We also liked the pool areas and fresh beach towels throughout the day was a plus.

We arrived and at the Hotel Check in there was still confusion around my confirmed bookings. We finally reached our rooms to find their location was totally unsuitable and the rooms disappointing. So, with our daughter's help - we were able to get better rooms on a low level.
Day 2 - we dined at the resort's Italian Restaurant. Very average food, and we didn't eat much. Then about 6hrs later - all 4 of us were sick with gastro. We suffered for 4 days and had very little to eat right up until we checked out 2 days ago.
This unpleasant experience really spoiled our holiday, and I want other travellers to hear about this, and maybe re-consider staying at this resort.
We may have been unlucky, but I suspect hygiene and health practices may have been compromised - I doubt we'll hear back from this property, despite filling out a Food Poisoning Incident Report.

My husband and I have been travelling thru SE Asia and this is by far, the most amazing place we've stayed in. The Food especially is wonderful... I'm thoroughly enjoying the buffets (breakfast and dinner) as there is an array of English, Thai, Indian and vegetarian options. The service is over the top... all you have to do is smile. Thank you!
