Location in Patong’s southernmost corner. 10 minutes walk to Patong Beach and 25 minutes drive to Phuket Town. Transfer time from Phuket Airport: 50 minutes.

i would like to comment on how nice and understanding the staff were especially our interaction with nook and may at the lobby both very understanding ladies and very professional i had some problems at the hotel but was helped and changed the minute i went and talked abt it with the managers

Only negatives are that it's very hilly so you have to get around on a buggy, which late at night is annoying and requires waiting. Despite this, I would still stay again. And beach at the hotel is far too rocky to swim in. Buts it's 5 minutes walk to next beach which wasn't crowded. Club breakfast is a la carte and made to order. Very good choice and delicious. 5.30pm to 6.30pm is complimentary cocktails and snacks, which was rather nice. Staff, everyone, are super helpful and friendly. Our daughter was ill, and staff checked up on her and even sent her flowers. How great is that! Read less
