The hotel

They may call themselves a ‘base camp’, but that’s definitely only in spirit — not in style. Good hotel but don’t sleep very well as the air conditioner was very noisy but needed it on to keep warm as it was -10

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the service was excellent. Very friendly front desk. The rooms were very clean. We loved that the rooms had a separate living area. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Something for everyone. Thank you so much. We will be back indefinitely.

Clean, recently renovated, has great coffee shop on main floor, excellent breakfast, really close to the shops and restaurants of Banff, great staff, and more!
