While there, we took the 'Bucket List' tour, with Scott as our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area, the geography, the animals, the weather, and answered all our many questions while sharing his own experiences (including surviving an avalanche). He was truly the best guide I've ever had! Read less

We went for my mother’s birthday and it’s probably the only time I’ll be able to stay here so we took advantage of it. It’s very luxurious all over the resort’s public areas but I found the rooms small for the price point. The bars and restaurants are delicious but very pricey on top of an already expensive hotel fare. Glad I got to experience it… Read more

Thank you as well to the good-natured and super helpful staff outside, upon arrival and departure. We appreciated your pet-friendly assistance. We returned this afternoon from a private guided tour with Scott Berry of Lake Louise and the surrounding area. It was a truly awesome tour. Of course the views were stunning and the lakes and mountains magical. But the best part was Scott - an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and engaging guide. We really loved the whole thing - thank you.
