Gina was a fantastic guide during our trip to Banff. We were able to see Lake Louis and Lake Moraine. She also made time for us to see the Takakkaw Falls. She was extremely knowledgeable and made our trip perfect. Would definitely recommend and use again. Five Stars!

This is my second stay at Banff springs and I will definitely be back. Unbeatable location and such a warm and inviting hotel. I’d highly recommend for a luxury experience. The food and drink has to be tried at least once. The mountain views are stunning as well.

Everything was top notch. I truly felt like royalty during our stay. The Banff Springs is just amazing, from the accommodations, (with windows that open!)to the food, staff and the view. This was our second time in 16 years at the hotel and we enjoyed every minute.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of our 8 day Canadian Rockies trip. We did the wildlife corridor tour from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm and the private guided day tour with hike for our family. Both tours were with Scott Berry, the Sr. Lead for the Fairmont Banff Springs Adventure section. He was a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend asking for Scott specifically when you do a private tour. We learned so much and did a 4 hour hike with picnic to the Bow Lake Glacier falls. It was the perfect hiking location for our group. At the hotel we loved the views, the pool, the golf course, and the gold club level breakfast. The service is outstanding. Comparing this hotel to the Fairmont Lake Louise, we preferred the Lake Louise gold lounge better, and the bathroom size at lake Louise was larger. The rooms at lake Louise were cooler. The highs in Banff for our stay was in the mid 90’s F so it was hotter and we appreciated the outdoor pool. The air conditioning did not keep up with the heat and we were hot in our room. If I came again I would request a room with the window facing north or east. Read less
