Good location and modern hotel

Really nice and modern hotel to stay at. Great location directly next to a train station. (Which is free). The room was nice but a little bit tight for the four of us. It had a microwave in the room available what we really liked.
Swimmingpool also available, kids liked it.
Excellent hotel but parking confusing

Beds are fantastic! Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. You have to park in a parkade operated by a third party. There is a sign in parkade saying to register the license plate with the hotel but no mention of paying for parking at the hotel. I paid for parking at the kiosk in parkade and…

There is a sign in parkade saying to register the license plate with the hotel but no mention of paying for parking at the hotel. I paid for parking at the kiosk in parkade and when I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking. I told them that I already paid at the kiosk. That created some confusion but was no issue (I still had to register license plate) but it would have been nice to have a sign instructing hotel guests to pay for parking at the hotel check in..
not a super location unless you need to be downtown.. C-Train stops right outside hotel which is super convenient.

Lovely modern hotel

Hotel was easy to find using satnav and took us directly to the parking garage.
Check in process was quick and simple and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a room on the 21st floor and we were asked at check in if we were OK with a high floor which was nice.
The room was modern and very clean, with lovely fluffy bath robes! Had plenty…

The room was modern and very clean, with lovely fluffy bath robes! Had plenty of USB ports which was extremely helpful!
There was a little noise from outside but you are in the middle of a city so is to be expected.
The hotel was a 15-20 minute walk to downtown (Calgary Tower) but there were trains with a stop directly outside the hotel which would have been useful too.
The bar area was lovely and the cocktails were delicious!
I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Every request of mine was met with welcome and effort to satisfy. So happy with my stay there, its central location makes moving around a cinch. Onsite restaurant (Moxies) is top notch with friendly staff and great food.
Hotel, amenities and staff were amazing!
Ok, some negatives

We stayed here for a couple of nights when we arrived in Calgary. Check-in was quick, however we'd specifically requested a quiet room and were allocated a room next to the elevators.

The room was pretty dated but relatively clean. We were on a high floor so it was quite warm, but the aircon was too noisy to use at night so we didn't sleep very well. There was also a lot of street noise despite keeping the windows shut and being on a high floor.
The bathroom was nice and robes were provided.
Hotel location was decent. Overall, our stay was just ok, but I think we'll look elsewhere next time we return to Calgary.
