Located in Banff National Park, overlooking Lake Louise. 45-minute drive from Banff. The ski lifts are 10-minutes away. Transfer time from Calgary Airport: 2 hours 10 minutes.

552 guest rooms on 8 floors in 1 building with 8 lifts. Rooms with cable TV with pay-per-view films*, WiFi, telephone, alarm clock/radio, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Fairmont Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Fairmont Lake View Rooms are as Fairmont Rooms but with views of Lake Louise and the Victoria Glacier, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Fairmont Gold Rooms are located on the 7th and 8th floors, with private check-in and access to the exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge which offers Continental breakfast, tea and coffee and complimentary evening canapés (5:00pm-7:00pm), sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Everything was good to stay for a while. However the room was a bit smaller than other hotel. We asked the King size bed, but it looked like a queen size. Although there are some weak points, every staff are very kind and supportive. Especially Bellman Kim is one of the best staff.

Hotel is super old. Super dated. Suites carpet is torn and so worn. Furniture looks like it’s from the 70’s Massive amounts of people not even staying at hotel , entering hotel , take all outdoor seating. Huge lines for coffee bc of everyone accessing the building.

Great location however: The view of Lake Louise was obstructed by a large red crane since they were constructing a pool. Jackhammers running through the day. The Fairview restaurant is very overpriced (expected) but has a very limited range of meals, particularly for our teenage children.

Nice location with Great Lake view. Room clean. No noise level is very high. Cable to hear kids running and crying on the hallway, people talking, toilet flushing sound and showing noise next room. Every time the neighbors door shut noise can very annoying us. The hotel isolation is very bad
