Image of the Tripadvisor rating Bait and Switch - "Falls View" is really "Trees View" on the lower floors

Lousy air condition. We stayed from July 3-6/24. The first night, I woke up sweating (and this is after "engineering" came to fix it). Engineering said they offer fans to help cool the room. Thus, they know their A/C is poor and simply offer fans to try to help. They moved us to a new room and the A/C was still luke cold. They have guest… Read more

Thus, they know their A/C is poor and simply offer fans to try to help. They moved us to a new room and the A/C was still luke cold. They have guest rooms on floors 5 - 22. They initially put us on floor 6 in a "falls view" room. In actuality, this was a "trees view" room. Half the view was of trees, with a glimpse of the upper part of the falls. This is not, at all, what is in the pictures of the views from the room when you book. 100% bait and switch. If you book, call ahead and demand a room with a high floor. Read less

Loved staying at this property. The location is very convenient and the view from our room was breathtaking. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Having Mortons onsite is a definite plus. The bar is also great, with nice live music at night.

We truly enjoyed our room here. I booked it so we could overlook the falls and enjoy the lighting of the falls and fireworks at night and we were NOT disappointed. We found the staff very friendly and helpful--even the gal at the tour desk when we had questions other than about the tour she was selling. We loved our room on the 12th floor and did not experience the problems others noted in reviews about the AC not working properly. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby lounge and the free samples with the coupon in our pamphlet that we received at check-in. Most I have ever paid for a hotel room but it was necessary to truly experience our visit to the Falls. Read less

Easy to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a great selection and even had someone making omelettes. Pretty much any way you like them. Breakfast was very spendy, but… Read more

Breakfast was very spendy, but pretty much every restaurant in this area is. Taxi driver said just pay him about $10 and he will take you just outside of this area and food will be so much cheaper. It's ridiculous how much food is in the Niagra area Read less

Morton's had some incredible food and the servers and hostesses there were helpful and friendly. Parking is pricey, but the valet told us we could park down the street @ the Rodeway Inn and pay $20 per day. It was a short walk from the Marriott - and 3 days of parking cost us what one day @ the Marriott would have cost us. Read less
