Even though this hotel is old. There was no privacy in bathrooms. We should had booked Crowne Plaza though. Still, it is a great hotel. We can see the falls. The food, we had to buy outside, not in the hotel. The hotel can be a little crowded. Still, it was good

We booed this property based in the location and the reputation of Marriott Properties in general. Don’t make the same mistake we did. First, parking is a quarter mile away. And it costs $45. Second, the rooms are dated and dirty. Hotel staff is rude, not helpful, and judgmental. We checked in late after 8 hours of travel. I asked a staff… Read more

Second, the rooms are dated and dirty. Hotel staff is rude, not helpful, and judgmental. We checked in late after 8 hours of travel. I asked a staff member where I could find a beer. He looked at his watch (it was just midnight) and dramatically said, “not at this hours.” The view is not as advertised. Our view was obstructed by the hotel building itself. Oh yeah, and did I mention the parking lot is two block away!?!! Don’t stay here. There are better options. Read less

We chose this hotel is because of the view of Niagara Falls. We booked the Fallsview room through Marriott’s own app. First let me say that the view was truly spectacular from the room, but I am sorry to say that was about the only good thing about this hotel. The room decor was outdated, the furnitures were old, the room was not well maintained,… Read more

The room decor was outdated, the furnitures were old, the room was not well maintained, a light fixture is flashing in the bathroom and the window between the room and bathroom cannot shut properly. Another issue I had is that even though I am a gold member and booked through Marriott’s app, the front desk gave us an older room without the updated big windows which can hinder the view of the fall, especially if you want to take good picture. The valet parking was pretty expensive @ CAD 65, but the front desk credit the fee back to ask when I told him that the bed sheet was dirty, so want to thank him first the gesture. Read less

This perfectly located Marriott offers million-dollar views of Niagara Falls. I chose this hotel for a special two-night stay with my wife to celebrate her birthday, and it did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and while the rooms are in need of a few upgrades, the spectacular views of “The Falls” are worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable, and room service was prompt and professional. We were fortunate to stay on the 22nd floor with commanding views of The Falls. We were advised that the floors from the 12th - 23rd floors feature the best views. Parking is pricy at $45 per day and not so convenient (4-minute walk)… To be honest I would normally have given this hotel a 4-star review (it is in need of renovation), but as the views of The Falls are so incredible it earns a five-star. This was a great Marriott whose primary feature is the view. We paid extra for a High Floor Superior Falls View and it was worth every penny. Two big comfy chairs face giant windows with a stunning view of Horseshoe falls looking up the Niagara River. You can look left and see the American Falls and Rainbow Bridge. We never grew tired of staring out at the falls and it was amazing watching the sunrise and catching the 10pm fireworks. Hotel is a little older and tired but everything worked great. Nice Starbucks in the lobby. Parking is across the street and pricey even for guests. Close walk to the mall, casino, and main strip but be prepared to walk 15-20 min to reach the boardwalk (you need to go all the way down to Murray St). We really enjoyed our anniversary trip here. It was worth the price! Read less
